As a beginner to monofin
As a beginner to monofin, core silicon is easy to use. And it felt great. However, there is a minor appearance defect on my monofin. So I can't give a 5 star.

Superior product, attentive staff
Molchanovs staff has been very patient and attentive to my exact specifications I wanted in my fin. And the monofin I bought is a superior product. My dynamic performance has jumped from around 210 meters to about 240 meters, so far! And I'm just getting started!

Broken monofin after airlines
the airline removed the protection from my monofin. and it broke. I wrote to airline, they needed confirmation from the manufacturer that it could not be repaired and everything else. Manager Anna wrote everything down correctly, which helped me solve the problem with compensation.

I ordered two hard monofin cases and only one of them came. The one that came is damaged and the zipper does not work. I have emailed the help center with no reply. Very disappointed by the quality of product and customer service. If no one from Molchanov responses I will have to report this company as fraud

My experience with Molchanovs so far has been distressing, horrific, sad, and depressing. Receiving damaged products and being required to cover customs fees for replacement and delays affected me badly.This has been going on for about 2 months. Didn't expect this from Molchanovs. Not happy at all.

We are saddened to hear about your disappointment. The situation you faced with DHL was shocking for us as well. The replacement parcel was sent with the relevant shipping invoice, and it was DHL's mistake to calculate extremely high taxes as they had calculated originally. However, we filed an appeal, the taxes were recalculated, and Molchanovs paid them.
Unfortunately, some things are out of our control, and we can't ensure they run smoothly and quickly. Despite the complication, our team was in contact with you throughout this time, and we did our best to solve the case.
The courier company should release and deliver the parcel soon.

I've ordered so much gear from Molchanovs…
I've ordered so much gear from Molchanovs - mask, snorkel, wetsuit, silicone bifins/monofin, carbon bifins, and a fiberglass monofin, all on separate orders at separate times.
When there are delays, Molchanovs is very prompt in notifying me and letting me know when I should take action. Gear arrives packaged very well (I've received broken bifins before from another company, so I'm very conscious about how items are shipped). There was one time I had an issue with a product upon arrival, but after I took photos and notified Molchanovs, they sent me a replacement very quickly.
I've ordered gear from quite a few brands and online shops, and I'd say Molchanovs is consistently reliable. Plus, their gear is truly premium - expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for! And their customer service speaks for itself.
