Ellen was great with dealing with…

Ellen was great with dealing with queries. There was a lot of back on forth (my part) but Ellen was always there to help and assist me. I am looking forward to starting my training and have been very impressed with the process so far.

I have been liaising with Thomas…

I have been liaising with Thomas Wareing throughout my onboarding process and he has been great in answering any questions I have and he has been very quick on his response times. It has been a good experience so far

Thank you to Ellen who made my process easy. I applied to study my Level 3 in CIPD, Ellen was very helpful through the whole process and made it super stress free! Recommend MOL and Ellen if you’re looking to kick start your career in HR.

The company claims to be user friendly

The company claims to be user friendly, however when it was explained that I am struggling to read/learn/interact with the course documents via the online portal as a glasses wearer/migraine sufferer being able to step away from a screen to learn is far more beneficial and reduces the risk of migraines I was advised that this wasn't good enough reason "medical reason" to receive the documents, I have paid for as part of my training course, as hard copies or be provided with a link where I could download the material. This has resulted in additional time needed to complete the course - which has a time limit that we were not made aware of and potential financial impact of re purchasing the course. due to the lack of materials being provided.
When taking my frustrations to an online forum I was met with several others who have had similar issues and as a result both themselves and our company are rethinking using the portal moving forward.

Uninspiring but a means to an end

I did the Level 7 on demand and I found it difficult to be inspired and motivated because the videos are dull. You also don't know who your tutors are for the units and don't have any contacts to privately message if you need support. There is a forum but that is emailed to everyone and doesn't give you any privacy. The only unit I really enjoyed was the research project because my tutor gave 3 one to one sessions which really helped. I think each unit should do this to make sure you are on track, rather than only provided and one to one if you have been referred. There are not many providers who do the level 7, I would have preferred in person as this is how I best learn. So as far as online level 7 courses go, I managed to get through it and have completed it now which I am pleased with. I am also going on to do the MSc where you get 10 live session so I am hoping this is better. Ellen Howard, one of the qualifications advisors has been incredible helpful, always response and accommodating, I would give her 5 stars for her help. But considering the cost - the course itself could be more interactive, made more personal and engaging, and have a personal contact for each unit.

MOL Learn- Excellent Customer Service

MOL Learn and in particular, the fabulous Ellen Howard, have made the enrolment process very smooth. Nothing was too much trouble, personally telephoned me to explain the process and was extremely quick at return emailing following my barrage of questions. Can't recommend them enough.
