Thomas was fantastic both over the phone and via email. He responded promptly and answered all of my questions clearly. The process was handled very efficiently, and I quickly felt confident in my dec... See more

Absolutely disgrace
Absolutely disgrace, starting from no support at all! Then when joining the MOL learn the tuttor never mentioned that the exames you need to pay extra, that information is only available when you decide to book an exame. Plus the whole learning system is really bad Extensive modules with exercises which the answer for the exercise you can only check in the end of the module ( easy when using a book but on elearning it consumes a huge part of the time) The Moc tests are super confusing and the actual exam itself barely refers to the modules I have study from.

Reply from MOL Learn
Completely unsupportive
MOL from the very beginning have been completely unsupportive. From signing up to their 'on-demand' course, you are essentially given the resource in an online portal and left completely on your own for the duration of the course.
There is a bulky online forum you can use to 'Ask the Tutor' (whoever that may be!?) but if you are lucky enough to get an answer it is never a direct one and will give you another puzzle to solve.
Several times during my CIPD Level 3 I have not understood the wording on assignments but have had no support from anyone at MOL, instead, I have had to turn to colleagues to help decipher 'the da Vinci code' that is the questions you are asked to write submissions on.
I have submitted all my assignments but currently have no idea where they are, or what happens next as 18-months on I have never spoken to anyone from MOL about my studies. I will remain in the dark until I recieve an outcome (which will hopefully be my CIPD Level 3) and will then walk away and never recommend this provider to anyone again.
So, if you want to be left on your own with no guidance or support MOL MOL is definitely for you. If not, look elsewhere.
Unprofessional, lack of upholding CIPDs values
Wow. Highly unprofessional. False advertisement of meeting cost of other training providers. I found a cheaper provider, which MOL seemed bemused about, and proceeded to belittle said provider, stating they weren't accredited, didn't trust them, how could they run a business on such discounts etc..all because MOL were unwilling to meet the cost. They patronised me, and dismissed all the necessary information I sent them to meet MOL's T&Cs, even dismissed the fact that said provider is listed on CIPDs website as an acredited provider. I was keen to study with MOL because I think MOLs VLE caters to my learning style, but I'm not desperate...Integraty, respect, good customer care is more important to me. Check out we-are-hr if you want accredited, but more realistic course costs.
Real shame MOL...I had you in high regard before! Your team have let you down. Please remove your false advertisement of meeting other provider course costs - if in reality you are not willing to, thus it's illegal and poor on your part.
Currently doing cipd 7 with them
Currently doing cipd 7 with them. Very poor experience overall. Extremely slow assessments, poor quality webinars, no incentive to do better. Complaints don’t matter either. Not a good experience. Dishonest, unethical, and incompetent - The trifecta of awfulness!
A dishonest provider to be avoided at…
A dishonest provider to be avoided at all costs. Sold a Classroom Learning course which changed to online at the last minute. Poor quality of teaching and online portal support. Disorganised and slow to respond. Had to battle to get a refund which still hasn't been issued over 4 months later. Overall a terrible experience.
If zero was an option
If zero was an option!
Great when they wanted payment, you contact support for assistance and are told you chose self study tutor doesn’t reply to you - not as advertised!
Try to complain - get ignored.
Really don’t bother!
They then email for feedback so you provide constructive feedback, no reply not even an acknowledgment of receiving your response
Effective, but only at the time of wanting money
This company will return call in few hours effectively upon request of adding a new course. However, it took more than a week for them to finally add a wrong course for a registered member. Mistake happens but they never apology and try to fix it asap even after times and times of push ! Can't believe it !
