I was honestly a little nervous going with an online store where I couldn’t see the ring in person first, but I did a lot of research to make sure there was nothing questionable with the company. MollyJewelryUS had the perfect wedding band to go with my somewhat unique shaped engagement ring, and they even had the option to do a “custom curve” to make sure it fit perfectly! They reached out right after I submitted my order (Feb 17th) for measurements and photos of my engagement ring, I got a mockup 9 days later (they even apologized for taking this long with the mockup), and by March 11th (I paid extra for rush shipping just in case) I received my beautiful wedding band! Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

Would have liked to kept more up to date on what’s happing even if it’s just sitting there. But final product is AMAZING!

Beautiful pieces. I got so many compliments on them. They both stand out but are also minimalist. Most of all they are dainty while still making a statement which is exactly what I was going for. Took exactly 2 weeks and a day for them to come in and I was counting the days.

Hands down, the single greatest part of this experience was the assistance and service when I contacted Molly Jewelry about a custom order idea. My contact, Freya, was very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked with me back and forth through a series of over a dozen emails to take a ring design they had on their site and customize the stone, stone shape, color, etc. They were even able to provide a detailed sketch and preview of what the ring would look like and sent me photos of the various stones available. I was going for a particularly colored sapphire and was given over 2 dozen option choose. Despite how close it was tot he end of their Black Friday sale, they were able to help me place the order for the ring I'd customized. When it arrived, it looked absolutely stunning! Incredible craftsmanship and service. I only wish I could say even more great things!

I ordered the ring online from overseas in Germany. It shipped to my address during the holidays no problem. The packaging display and the ring box it came with was pretty cool. My fiancé loves her ring so that’s good to, it is also super sparkly

Ordered a bridal set from MollyJewelry, was super excited. Recieved the rings, they were super beautiful, and proposed to my fiancée. She loved the ring too however, I ordered the rings to be way too large (we still got some nice pictures) but we needed to resize. Shortly after we went over the return policy and made sure we met all the requirements. The restocking fee did not cost more than resizing the ring (went to jewler and the lighting made the ring look extraordinary and got several compliments) so we chose to exchange the large ring for a smaller one. The customer service was extremely quick to respond and gave clear directions while also answering my questions thoroughly. After waiting for new rings (still super quick too), we received the right sized ones and they were still stunning. Super grateful for all the help and the beautiful rings.

The ring came earlier than I was expecting it I believe, and the person I gave it to was very thrilled to receive it. The ring came out looking very well, and the box was soft and fuzzy so it was satisfying to feel.

I had an issue with the ring size because the method for sizing described on the website is poorly made. I tried contacting your website using the contact us email request and never got a response. I have zero interest in doing business with a company like this ever again.

100% a scam. Do not buy from this company. Their warranty is basically useless. Owner isn't willing to help out at all. Either you like the ring and keep it or return/exchange it plus the 35% restock fee. Diss appointed in their customer service and should've known buying from this company was the biggest mistake I ever made.
