First ring I ordered was plated, it tarnished on the bottom side within a year. When I contacted support they offered a 40% discount on my next purchase. New ring is solid gold and it is beautiful. She loves the design! Would definitely avoid ordering a plated ring if possible

Honestly, the I was nervous about the whole experience of buying jewelry online. Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!! They answered my questions about the metal content of their rings (my then-gf has metal sensitivity) when I was picking out her engagement ring. When we were picking out her wedding ring, they helped us customize an open band to match her first ring that wasn't part of a set. They even sent us a CAD rendering to show how the two rings would fit together!!

The experience, top to bottom, was easy and I always felt confident that I was going to receive a solid quality ring, and I did twice!! I wouldn't change a thing about my ring selection. The designs are gorgeous, the craftsmanship is incredibly solid, and the customer service is exceptional. I cannot recommend MollyJewelry enough.

Thank you so much for the custom ring. It turned out the way we hoped, it was just a little too big which wasn’t anyone’s fault but it can’t be resized. You took the time to listen and understand our concerns, and the communication was pretty great. I just wish there was some more communication near the end to know updates about my ring, but other than that, it was perfect and the communication throughout was fast and reliable. Thank you again. Waiting longer than expected to find out through the carrier that the package is in states miles away waiting for “payment.” Contacted customer service who took three days to answer, told me they knew of this issue and didn’t notify me. Offered to make another ring or refund. After weeks I was finally refunded. Just really bad communication with no explanations was looking forward to this rings. Big let down.
