amazing customer service



I am amazed by Momcozy’s customer service. I purchased their nose suction machine for my baby, and after some time it stopped working. I contacted their support team, showed them the issue, and they immediately sent me a new one. The replacement works perfectly, and I absolutely love it for my baby. It is honestly such an important product during flu and cold season for babies.

I have purchased many things from Momcozy and have been very happy with all of them, including the nail filing kit, pregnancy pillow, KleanPal, and the pregnancy belt. Their products have really helped me through pregnancy and motherhood. Highly recommend both their products and their customer service!

Parts breaking and customer service average.

I had purchased the Momcozy Mobile Flow HandsFree Breast Pump M9. When I ordered it, I was extremely excited as it has the Bluetooth option to use your phone to connect to your pump and I liked how the milk collector part had a twist top to put out the breast milk.
While the pumps seemed the work great in the first month or two, my expectations were quickly crushed when the flange connecting part that attached to the milk collected broke….
The only reason I am giving a 3 star review instead of 1 or 2 star is because the customer support was very nice and responded efficiently. They replaced the part for free after responding to some questions.
After thinking the problem was solved, that same part broke again in a similar way! As a very busy, and tired, first time working mom, I was extremely disappointed and felt I had wasted over $260 for a pump that kept breaking after less than 4 months of usage…
I ended up going with a different brand to continue pumping.
I recently just received an email asking if the issue had been resolved. I believe this email was sent on a Friday, my busiest work day, and planned on responding the next day. When I woke up on Saturday, I received another email stating that they will close the case since they received no reply….. I personally thinking customer support should have waiting a minimum of 72 hours before closing a case….. I ended up still responding to the first email but I felt it necessary to write a review for other moms to know.
I thought Momcozy was an elite brand. But it turns out, they aren’t. At least for me.
I truly hope this helps other moms, but I also hope this helps inform Momcozy to step up their game to be the elite brand.

I absolutely love my Momcozy pumps! And when I had an issue with them, customer service was so quick to help me get it resolved. They have the best customer service, super nice and costumer friendly. I cannot thank them enough!

Amazing experience

Amazing experience, never disappoints!
​Buying from this website is truly one of the best decisions I've made. I am thoroughly impressed by their high level of professionalism. Momcozy helped when I needed it, it was very unfortunate my m6 pumps stoped working, and sometimes that’s how it goes, but knowing Momcozy had my back when I needed it brought great relief!

Very helpful and prompt customer…

Very helpful and prompt customer service. I was having an issue with the cameras connection to the monitor and after troubleshooting I was sent a new set of cameras. The problem still persisted so I was sent another monitor and it solved connection issue and I love it. They were kind and understanding and made sure everything was working correctly.

i ordered my momcozy 9s pro and one of the motors went out randomly with me only having them for about 2 months and they replaced my motor and sent me an extra cup and everything i reaaly appreciated the customer service and they do make sure the customers are happy
