So far I’ve been loving momcozy, from products to shipping speed to support. The only downside so far was getting one of my orders not put through, but the fixed that rather fast.

Really great and helpful customer service. One of the motors stopped working on my pump, and after I provided a video showing the issue I was sent a fully new pump set. I received multiple notifications as the new pumps shipped as well. Very thankful for the amazing customer service.

I generally liked the pumping power and quality of the product. I exclusively used those pumps for a few months (s12 pro), and it worked ok in comparison to hospital grade cabled pumps. I had a few issues with the display since the beginning and one of the batteries after 6 months. I contacted the customer service, and the support team issued a replacement within a reasonable time.
Dealing with the issues and stressing about the impact of pumping didnt feel great during postpartum, but the positive attitude of their customer service made it ok.

I am almost done breastfeeding my second baby! (and thank the Lord, because he has teeth.) We did a combo of breastfeeding and pumping for both my babies. My goal was to breastfeed to one year. I got the Momcozy M5 through my insurance for each pregnancy. The first Momcozy I gave to a relative after I was done. It is still going strong after 2 years of use. The second Momcozy pump went out at around 9-10 months of use. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement set. It was super easy. I am very grateful for the ease and how quickly they sent the replacement.

I bought my pump a few months before I had my baby in January of 2026. I started pumping a few weeks after having my daughter so I could have a pump stash for when I return back to work. About a week after pumping with my M5 one of the pumps wouldn’t turn on. Momcozy staff reached out quickly and helped me get it replaced. I thought they would be replacing just 1 part but instead I got a brand nee set. They made it easy and even though I bought it from a 3rd party insurance website they were beyond helpful. This is my second pregnancy that I have used Momcozy hands free pumps for and have loved them and recommend them to other expecting moms.
The customer service I received was amazing! Quick reply’s and fixed my issue and query within days, the trust I now have in this company means I recommend them to everyone.

Poor returns policy for a product you can’t realistically assess without opening.
The nursing pillow was far too low to be useful without another pillow underneath, but Momcozy say they generally won’t accept returns once the vacuum-sealed packaging is opened.
In my view, relying on vacuum packaging to block returns on an online purchase is legally questionable.

I’ve used this Momcozy through both of my breastfeeding experiences. This is a great brand and they are helpful if you have any issues with the products.
I am very thankful for this pump. The ease of use and conveniency alone is what made this product so great. It is hard for working moms to balance pumping while also working at the same time with limited time to pump. Having this portable pump was a life saver
