As a first-time mom, I purchased the Momcozy Bottle Washer to help make feeding and cleaning a little easier. Unfortunately, my original unit stopped working, but I had a wonderful experience with the Momcozy customer service team.

From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Their communication was excellent—they replied to my emails very quickly and kept me updated throughout the entire replacement process. I never had to wonder what was going on because they followed up every step of the way.

My replacement bottle washer arrived much faster than I expected, and I absolutely love it. I'm so grateful for how smoothly everything was handled and for the care the team showed throughout the process. Customer service representative was fantastic! The motor to my pump lost its ability to suction. I explained the situation and she was very understanding. She was able to send me a new working pump immediately free of charge. It arrived to my house 2 days later. I’m still breastfeeding my 9 month old and didn’t know what I would do without a working pump but I’m thankful I do have a backup hospital grade pump. I love the portable pumps though and easy to use on the go!

Momcozy is such a reliable brand, and I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for wearable pumps!
I own the M5 and think it's a great pump overall. A couple of minor downsides: it can't stand upright on a flat surface, and I wish the milk pour hole had a secure plug/lid to stop spills. Still a great buy, though!

I had ordered momcozy pump and after using it for few days one of the pump wasn't working, my bad luck so I reached out to momcozy costumer service and with few emails and information shared they resent me the new set. Since I am a breastfeeding mom pumping is necessary and thanks to momcozy and it's service I am doing great now.

I bought the S12 pro and had been using it for 6 months and ran into an issue with one of the pumps. I decided to write to mom cozy support and got a very quick response the morning after (i wrote them at night). Thry sent me a new pump the day after and i got it i think like 2 days later! Very happy I vhose momcozy, they have great products and the best customer support and service! Fully recomend!

Momcozy had great customer service. My pump got milk in the motor and they were very helpful and my the process very easy to get new ones.

The customer service was fast and efficient. I had purchased a pump anfter giving birth and it decided to break only less than two months of using it. One of the motors just stopped charging. Customer service was so friendly and understanding and sent a whole new pump to replace the broken one. I was so happy and grateful. It was delivered fast after sorting out the issue and now I’m able to pump for my baby again. Thank you!

I had flanges that kept breaking at the connection point to the bottle. Momcozy was able to replace those for me without having to go through insurance by using the warranty. The response time was quick and detailed so there was minimal back and forth.
