So far I’ve been loving momcozy, from products to shipping speed to support. The only downside so far was getting one of my orders not put through, but the fixed that rather fast.

Great customer service
I am almost done breastfeeding my second baby! (and thank the Lord, because he has teeth.) We did a combo of breastfeeding and pumping for both my babies. My goal was to breastfeed to one year. I got the Momcozy M5 through my insurance for each pregnancy. The first Momcozy I gave to a relative after I was done. It is still going strong after 2 years of use. The second Momcozy pump went out at around 9-10 months of use. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement set. It was super easy. I am very grateful for the ease and how quickly they sent the replacement.

They made replacing my pump easy!
I bought my pump a few months before I had my baby in January of 2026. I started pumping a few weeks after having my daughter so I could have a pump stash for when I return back to work. About a week after pumping with my M5 one of the pumps wouldn’t turn on. Momcozy staff reached out quickly and helped me get it replaced. I thought they would be replacing just 1 part but instead I got a brand nee set. They made it easy and even though I bought it from a 3rd party insurance website they were beyond helpful. This is my second pregnancy that I have used Momcozy hands free pumps for and have loved them and recommend them to other expecting moms.

Beware of legally questionable return policy
Would not buy Momcozy again.
Poor returns policy for a product you can’t realistically assess without opening.
The nursing pillow was far too low to be useful without another pillow underneath, but Momcozy say they generally won’t accept returns once the vacuum-sealed packaging is opened.
In my view, relying on vacuum packaging to block returns on an online purchase is legally questionable.

I am very thankful for this pump. The ease of use and conveniency alone is what made this product so great. It is hard for working moms to balance pumping while also working at the same time with limited time to pump. Having this portable pump was a life saver

Warranty claims

I had the best experience with Momcozys support team. I bought the Momcozy M5 breast pump and overall I’m really happy with it. The pump itself works very well..comfortable, practical, and super convenient for everyday use as a mom.
I did run into a small issue at first, but their customer service and warranty process were amazing. I contacted support and they solved everything incredibly fast, which made me feel really supported as a customer.

Excellent customer service when we needed it most
My wife and I recently had our first child and chose the Momcozy M5 based on recommendations from friends.
Unfortunately, after two weeks, the left pump stopped working. I contacted customer service, and after a few quick questions to verify our purchase, they dispatched a replacement product which arrived within just 2 days.
While the product fault itself wasn't ideal, the way Momcozy handled and resolved the issue was absolutely exceptional.
Exceptional customer service is rare these days, and we are incredibly grateful for the quick turnaround.
