We have been ordering from them for years for years and had a wonderful experience with them. Great customer service and quick responses too.

Just don't purchase from these people. You can't trust their systems and they rely on Terms & ConditionsThat are deeply deeply predatory to ensure they get their money at all costs

My team and I are reviewing this company.
While on their face they appear legitimate.
They do not acknowledge their own internal systems errors (try to email them post order!! Bet you can'!), which leads to customers, not getting what they order.
And crazy overpaying to get it.
Caveat emptor in full effect...
And then they asked me to review my own emails, which i'm a bit of an expert in to be honest with you.
They are free to contact me and the information that I gave them.
But caveat emptor warnings when I have advised the company their process has failed my son and I and they didn't review the proof that was good enough to have them centured is even more telling.
When a reasonable customer says, oh by the way, 'this is broken! I'm happy to pay for what I did order (which in and of itself isn't fully described in the advertisements)' and the company asks you to make a new purchase rather than altering or canceling.In order to make the purchase, you agreed to?
And then in six emails, talk about the terms and conditions?
Predatory.
Lol... and they are butterfly company pretending they are are corporate monopoly...
That doesn't work on a free and democratic internet.
Sorry guys.
I still have the same email and telephone number I always have.
And i'm not looking for anything from you.
We already got our money back right... and the thing is, we didn't want our money back.
We wanted the transaction we agreed to.

), included on every order invoice, and presented during checkout. Before payment can be submitted, customers must actively confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms—without this confirmation, the system will not allow the order to proceed.

All pricing, product selections, shipping options, and applicable charges are displayed prior to completing payment. Customers are able to review the full order total before submitting their order. Orders are placed based on the selections made at checkout, and payments are processed securely through a third-party payment platform. Once submitted, the payment reflects the exact total authorized at checkout and cannot be manually altered or adjusted on our end.

Due to the nature of our service, which involves live insects prepared specifically for each order, items cannot be restocked or resold once processed. As outlined in our refund policy, this is why orders are non-refundable.

Regarding the concerns about our systems and email communication, we did respond to the emails received. We also made multiple requests for the complete email delivery failure details, including full error messages, codes, and headers. This information is required for our technical team to properly review the matter and, if necessary, open a support ticket with the email provider. To date, despite multiple requests, this information has not been provided, which has prevented us from verifying or investigating the issue further. We remain open to reviewing this if the complete details are shared.

We remain committed to transparency, fairness, and consistent policies for all customers, and we are always open to reviewing any concerns with the required information to better understand concerns and assist.

I was unhappy with my experience…

I was unhappy with my experience ordering from this company.

The issue was not the product itself, but the checkout and cancellation process. I realized almost immediately after placing the order that there was an additional shipping-related cost and that the “guarantee of livestock” was tied to upgraded shipping. I contacted the company within minutes to cancel, before shipment, but was told that all sales were final and no refund would be provided.

What I found especially frustrating was that the company later offered to “cancel” the order with a refund of $0.00, or send it as a donation instead. That did not feel like a reasonable customer resolution.

In my view, the pricing and guarantee information should be presented more clearly and prominently, and there should be more flexibility when a customer contacts the business immediately after ordering and before anything has shipped.

I would encourage other buyers to look very carefully at the shipping method, guarantee terms, and final total before completing their order.

We would also like to clarify that there are no additional or hidden charges applied after checkout. Any upgraded shipping options referenced are entirely optional and are not automatically applied or required to complete an order. Customers are free to select the shipping method that best suits their needs during checkout, including options with or without additional coverage.

As outlined at checkout, in our communications, and within our Terms & Conditions, upgraded shipping methods are offered as an option for customers who may prefer faster transit times and added coverage. We may also follow up by email as a courtesy to remind customers of the selected shipping method and offer the option to upgrade; however, this is entirely optional and not required.

Any difference in cost reflects the courier’s pricing for faster or enhanced shipping services based on speed and destination, and is not a charge retained by us.

We understand your concern regarding the timing of your cancellation request. Due to the nature of our service, which involves live insects prepared and allocated specifically for each order, items cannot be restocked or reassigned once processing has begun.
