I wouldn't call my experience great..

I wouldn't call my experience great... it was with much apprehension I chose Monat because my hair was getting sooo thin and next to none in some patches. I tried to follow the steps faithfully and after a couple months, I could see no improvements. I didn't give up except to use a dandruff shampoo once in a while, as the dandruff was bad! It's been 7 months now and I do believe it is working! I've a lot of 6 inch growth and it's coming along! I'm trying to keep my excitement to a minimum. Hope it continues!!

Always a great experience

Always a great experience! I have been purchasing from Monat for the past 7 years, I can honestly say I love their junior products for my children’s hair! It’s been the only ones I’ve used since they were a year old! Monat has great customer service and the order always arrives in a timely manner!

Very over priced products

Very over priced products. Sales most often are.....if you spend x dollars 1st then you get a deal. They constantly send advertising and remind you to buy.

I can't get help

I can't get help with my second flexship order. It says I'm supposed to get a free product but there is no option shown for free product. It's also very difficult to get in touch or get feedback from my Monat rep.
