Unacceptable quality

Lately I’ve been receiving broken and even used products (hair scrub). Thinking of cancelling. I don’t have time to call every time I receive an order that’s unacceptable quality.

My hair has improved in quality and density which I am very thankful for. The only thing is I wish it would also help in increasing the length of the hair as well.

Above and beyond! Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service! Your company sent me the wrong product and before I could even call about it you had sent me an email stating that you recognize that and you were sending me the correct product and allowing me to keep the incorrect product as a gift. That is above and beyond service! As a business owners, we do our best to put the Customer first and I feel that’s what you did with me. My number one complaint with all my…

My number one complaint with all my orders is we accumulate points but it is usually cheaper for me to stock up during flash sales. My points are wasted and I've got to keep up with changing my flex date so I don't receive products I don't want or need. Therefore, not a five star rating.

Enjoying Monat! Wish I tried it sooner!

I’ve really been enjoying using the Monat products. The rumours about hair loss couldn’t be more wrong in my experience. I honestly wish I hadn’t waited so long to give them a try!

I’m currently using the IR Clinical system and the leave-in conditioner daily, and I’m already seeing great results. My hair feels healthier, stronger, and more manageable.

Special thanks to Nikki in Angus, who was incredibly informative and supportive throughout and it was a completely no pressure experience, which I really appreciated.

Highly recommend giving Monat a go!

So glad I tried it!!

I’ve been using Monat products alongside PRP treatments for my scalp, and wow, what a difference!
At one point, I was experiencing noticeable balding, and now I can genuinely say my hair is looking fuller and healthier. The combination has worked wonders for me. I’m so glad I stayed consistent with it. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're struggling with hair thinning or loss!
