So disappointed. Ordered this product on the 6 Feb for…

Ordered this product on the 6 Feb for my daughters birthday on the 3 March, to date nothing has been delivered customer service is very poor, just automated emails, received an email with a tracking number that did not work. I live in France and it was been posted to Dublin Ireland, will now try and look for a refund.
