Scam, waiting over a year for my order.
Filed a complain with Paypal, half a year ago, Mondgo answered me to wait a bit more, case closed.
Really angry! If anyone is interested to team up in a Class Lawsuit, let me know. Greek resident...

6 months and counting, definitly a scam

I believe this is a scam! I ordered something in December to be able to get in January. It is mid May now and I haven't gotten anything from them.
I've written to them multiple times and they answer every time saying that there "has been a problem with the shipping", but 5 months and counting!?

Paid in October 2022, still haven't seen my purchase. They even stopped answering my emails. It's a scam

The only thing you will receive is emails from customer service asking you to wait one more month.
It's been approx. one year from my purchase.

A complete scam, don't get fooled

I actually ordered the sleepwear via Kickstarter in 2021, I've been waiting for it to be completed ever since. The company stopped posting updates in October 2023 (so 2 years after they took my money). They still don't have a product. The last update said it would ship in December 2023 or Jan 2024. It's now May 2024, so my advice is save your money and buy from a legit company.

Purchased pj shorts and top on Dec 28. Several email exchanges occurred like others have posted. Submitted a PayPal problem report. Should have refund in a few days. Do not order from them. I wish they were legit as I really liked the look of the product.

Be aware, this is a scam! Order placed 19 dec 2023 and since then nothing but delays. Funny how this is clearly a scam but well organized with prompt and detailed excuses every time I emailed to cancel my order. Finally I managed to cancel my order by raising a claim with PayPal on 27 Mar 2024. Even then they managed to stall the refund, but glad to confirm that I finally got my money back today.

Ordered over 6 months ago, yes they respond, but no product, just more excuses why they are late. Like many other who posted here it's hard to believe this is not a scam!

Absolute scam. I put an order in 6 months ago, and still have received nothing. There is no response to my emails either... my money is as good as gone. Pathetic "service".

After waiting for 3 months, I have finally received my Mondgo sleepwear.
After many delays and emails back and forth, I must say, I have lost faith in the company. I am a bit suprised to have received my sleepwear now.

From what I can tell before testing it out since I want to wash it before testing, is that the quality seems good. The fabric is shiny and smooth to touch. Only the size is (at least for me) a bit too big. Size S could very well be an M.

I hope everybody else will soon receive their sleepwear as well.

These are scammers. I've ordered since December 2023 & promised to get my order by the end of the month & every month they promise to deliver it the next month. Until late March 2024 when they suddenly stopped responding to my emails. I have all emails with me. I payed online unfortunately.
You will never receive your order!
Unfortunately they only have emails to contact them with, & no clue where this business is ran from, so I don’t know if I can suit them legally in my country. The least you can do is report it to Instagram hopefully they can close their account.

I’ve got the same story as previous comments. No money return, no items received. Real scrum.

Ordered and paid 20th December 2023 and still haven't got my delivery. After a number of mails I got a mail on 14th Mars 2024 in which they claim that they initiated a refund that will take 7-14 days. I still haven't got my money back.

Scummers. Place my order in january 2024. No goods. No answers. No refunds. My order "disappeared" from their site. Happily I have order confirmation e-mail , that I can use to start a process against them and ban their site.
