DO NOT ORDER from Mondgo. This is a scam. My order is three months late, and based on other posters, I now believe I won't ever get my things. I wish I had read all these reviews before placing my order. I've reached out to them three times for updates, and they just apologize and say they will send it by the end of the month - and then it comes and goes and nothing happens.

This guys are a scam! I ordered half a year ago and no clothes, same excuses as everyone else is describing. They reply something about problems with materials, then with delivery and disappear as soon as you ask for a refund.
I do hope they will get sued for their criminal activity. Disgusting

I've been waiting for my order for a year, each time getting the response to wait and see that it will be delivered at the end of the month. But nothing and no refund possible.

Wouldnt give these guys a star, they are a complete scam, they do not send any promotional emails, they do not update delivery status, and same excuse as other reviews where they send photos of packed boxes ready to be shipped and say it will be another couple weeks and items will be delivered. Total scam, they are registered as a LLC and also have other businesses under the same LLC like selling cook wear. These guys need to be sued as they are constantly changing company names and selling different items and people keep falling for it.

I have reported them online and on instagram and facebook also.

Purchased several hundred dollars worth of merchandise in Nov. 2023. Wrote them at the end of December asking for the status of my order. They sent a cryptic email sending random photos of merchandise, saying my purchase would be shipped by the end of March. I wrote them again April 5th demanding a refund. They again sent me photos of merchandise and stacked boxes now saying they would ship my items at the end of April. This company is ABSOLUTELY FRAUD. The thing that seals it is this company has my email address. Yet they haven't sent me ANY promotional/upselling emails. Any company that gets a customers' email is SPAMMING them with their ads begging them to make more purchases. This company? Nada. It's completely crap. I am confident I will never see my purchases. I've contacted my bank to try and reverse charges, will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and honostly think we should band together and sue their dishonost ass.

A total scam. Purchase was done in July 2023. There is no phone number, only one email who does not respond unless you are very insisting and always asking for patience as it’s delayed another month.

As with other people's reviews, I have experienced the same issues with this absolute scam of a company. No updates given unless you reach out to them, and then they are quick to reply with a very convenient update that 'just happened' with photos of the items in the warehouse etc. asking you to give them 'just one more chance' to wait a little longer. I gave them 'one last chance' about 5 times. It's all lies to try and keep you waiting longer so they can keep a hold of your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and please report them.

True scam. I’ve ordered and never received my order even after several contacts with customer service. The only answer i receive is that they are sorry and that they will send the order eventually….

I ordered items in May 2022. Every couple months for the past 2 years, they email me with a new excuse as to why it isn’t shipped out yet. I’ve looked everywhere and haven’t found a single person with proof of receiving their items. Meanwhile, they continue to pay for top advertising spots on Google and Instagram. I spent over $300 and cannot find a way to get the money back as apparently giving us a vague ship date isn’t legally binding.

If you've ordered something, you'll never receive it. They just collect your money and shift delivery from month to month. My Order was placed on September 2022. We are now in March 2024 and the homepage still tells us that the first batch is going to be delivered in March 2024. Really?

Ordered in June 22 received a few excuse emails and still no joy. Would have been a great product if delivered on empty promises.

After two excuses, I reported them to my credit card and after a month of investigation I received my money back. I also reported their account on Insta and Facebook. Please do the same

I ordered in December 2023, they told me it would come in January. Then in January they promised February. Then in February they said "March we promise" now this month they're saying "give us an additional week or two". I don't believe them anymore and I will issue a chargeback on them through Paypal. Fortunately Paypal refunded me immediately. I recommend to anyone else who has unsuccessfully tried getting refunded don't try and get a refund from Mondgo, go directly through the payment processor ie Paypal.

Definitely a scam. I first saw their products from a Facebook Ad and made my order back in September 2023. Nothing ever came. When it was way past the original expected delivery date, I reached out to them, and they responded back very quickly with a long email explaining why shipment had to be delayed til January 2024. Well, now it's March 2024. I reached out to them again, and they responded with yet another long email with more excuses and some pics of what they claim to be their products waiting to be shipped out. However, after having found these reviews with similar experiences, I'm so sure they're just a big scam. Don't be deceived like me. Stay away!!!

I paid in May 2023 213,- USD and I never received any products!!!

It’s a scam, do not buy!
I’ve been waiting since 01 December 2022 and it is yet to be shipped. They keep pushing the date of delivery and it seems like a never ending rabbit hole.

I made my order in early November of 2021. It’s now February of 2024. Sadly, after many years of waiting, hoping and enquiring, I have not received anything at all!! Just misleading updates and insincere email responses… Mondgo have pulled off a successful scam, on many unsuspecting people, who were hoping for a set of comfortable cool sleepwear. Whatever you do, do not buy from them!!

This is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Nothing has been delivered for more than 3 months! The link they sent via email is non existent!

So many consumers have had the same experience of being cheated!
