I can't get anyone over the phone. My fees don't look correct in the app. I am very disappointed.

They are really great and care about your needs in time of hardship trust worthy and a great app

This site is so sketchy! They have this scam they run called instacash. You have to pay 14 dollars to borrow 10 dollars. They add tips on to your total as well. There’s 3 times where they ask for tips. Then during the final screen they automatically add a tip even though they ask 3 times before. So why if I said no three times, would you still add a tip for yourself? Your customer service is absolutely terrible. Agents can’t understand me nor I them because they are not good enough to type in English. At the end of the chat session they ask to give a rating. If you give a poor rating, an error pops up and your chat is all deleted. It’s such a scam. Like shame on you $

Horrible company so after my first review they replied saying that they'd make it right. I should've known this to would be a lie. All this company or app, whatever they call themselves do is lie. Lie after lie. They have no problem taking your money but when they make a mistake they don't take ownership for that mistake and then blame it on you and say there's nothing they can do. You guys are absolutely pathetic. Worst company ever. When you cancel this service make sure they canceled it because in my experience, they do not. They will continue to try to charge you even after you have made it clear that you don't want it. They are predatorial, extremely dishonest and now somehow they're saying I owe them money. It went from them telling me they'd refund MY money to them saying they can only pay me 18 dollars of it then 13, now I owe them somehow and they still haven't canceled it. This is the biggest scam out there people. DO NOT download this. They will steal from you, lie to you, blame you for their screw up and NEVER take any accountability.

The ease of using the app and variety of products. I haven't had any issues with the app. I would recommend it to anyone.

they are thieves. I took out 400 in instacash but they only put 300 in my account and are still charging me for the 100 they never gave me. the ai chat bot would not help and there is no one to call as there service line is fully auto...DO NOT USE. THEY ARE THIEVES.
