The convenience

This app has changed my view on money! Not only providing information on investments and savings but actually giving the opportunity to make more income for my family !

It is easy to access! Get all in one app!

Used them a couple times already and when I had an issue with a vendor, it took a bit of time to work through but eventually did get resolved without having to jump through any extra hoops or anything like that

I lost my job and couldn’t pay back my advance right away. Finally got an unemployment payment midnight today, money lion took it 20 min later. I tried to chat with them, they said they couldn’t see my text. Then, after that, I called them, and they couldn’t hear my voice. So they obviously know they’re basically putting their hand in my pocket while I’m sleeping. The money was for rent. There was no warning nothing. Not even the Customer Service could save them when I finally got a hold of them. They put an immigrant on the phone with that English. Some of the story do not owe these people money or check your agreements. They will just get into your account without warning. I had full intent on paying that back. I’ve already paid them back several times. Something about that’s not right. How they are legally allowed to put their hand in your pocket and take your money without warning obviously, if you’re on MoneyLion getting in advance, you’re not really in the best financial situation they should know that.

Moneylion received a payment from my lender on 5/19/26 with my account number clearly indicated. The payment was received and deposited by MoneyLion with proof of payment and receipt of check provided with MoneyLion deposit stamp on the back of the cancelled check with all of my identifying account information.
As of 6/12/26 the funds have still not been applied to my account and responses to my 11 email and phone calls have been ambiguous at best. Regrettable that I opened an account with MoneyLion. Horrific customer service!!!

Be aware this company should not be in business! They stole 80 out of my account in one day . Customer service barely can speak English. I have tried to cancel service Tell them don’t want their service. I do not want their credit builder ever since then they’ve been stealing from My Account where they need to go to jail. Do not use the service. It’s no good. it’s a rip off. They’re not worth it. I recommend not to use it. I’m highly upset once someone can go on your account and they went into my savings

These people are criminals

I didn’t even notice that I was making payments on some loan for several months. When I finally reached out to support this whole “loan” that they were taking payments for was kept almost entirely by them. Don’t link your account to this, they can’t be trusted with that access

I've been using them for at least a year or more. Everything was going well, the amount that I could receive was increasing. The highest I believe was $750. All of a sudden it went from $750 to $50. When i reached out they said it was due to them not detecting my direct deposit from my job which has remained the same since I started using them. My direct deposit date was also the date of my repayment which they continued to receive on time. When i reach out to them they said that it was nothing that they could do. Very disappointed.

Money lion has been by my side since I downloaded it. I am a single mom of 3 with only one income and money lion has been so much help. We all have our tough times but now I can sleep at night knowing money lion is always there to help! I’ve got all my friends on the app as well. So worth it !

I enjoy services from money lion if definitely came in handy when incase of emergencies ...

I have found no issues with Money Lion. The website spends a fair amount of time trying to get you more involved and therefore more costly... but that is to be expected and the services they offer are solid and well within the costs of the industry in general.
If you are looking for a short term small dollar loan service, they are excellent, easy to deal with and highly affordable .
