Just wanted to say how great your people are at the Money Mart on Valencia Road in Tucson. Monica is always smiling and very helpful. She asks if I need anything else before I leave. You have a great employee. I know I will be going back there again if I need anything else.

I sent a Western Union and Kayla was very helpful, Thank you!

I wasn't happy with the Bank's currency exchange so I thought I'd ask Money Mart for the best way to exchange currency without getting ripped off

They said Western Union was the best option. Because after the transaction fee I would get "the exact exchange rate"

So I trusted them, got my affairs in order and sent the money via Western Union... When the money came through it turns out they charged 25% for the exchange rate on top of the fee

I questioned it and Money Mart said the exchange rate can change every 10min and that Western Union set their own exchange rate... I would of never used WU if they told me this! That's really important information to leave out!

Why did they suggest WU as the "best option" knowing this information?

I then said I'd rather have the money picked up by the sender and send it another way. Money Mart said the money had already been sent, hence they would need to charge another transaction fee and another exchange fee for me to have the sender pick up the money they sent

Then they told me to ring the Western Union number if I have a problem with that. I explained I was lied to in store by Money Mart, not WU. Thus I feel this is a MM issue

MM refused to take any responsibility!
All I wanted was for them to admit they lied, "miss communicated" or forgot vital information and help me get a full refund from WU

Later I rang Western Union to explain. They basically said "too bad!". I told them I was lied to by their customer representative... They told me I can't prove that. WU has almost 85% negative reviews in the past 12 months. I don't understand why Money Mart associate with them, let alone actually recommend them as the "best option"

I am of the opinion that Western Union is not to blame here. The Money Mart employee who left out the vital information is to blame

A QUARTER OF ALL THE MONEY I HAVE IN THIS WORLD... just disappeared because of this lack of information

I couldn’t get anyone to help me cash a check because of a name change I had done even with court orders present but Monique at money mart on Broadway in Sacramento was very friendly and helpful and we got the check cashed

The staff there is great to work with! I have used the payday loans from there and they have worked with me to help pay off past loans and continue to do so. The reminders are awesome and discreet. Definitely would consider using the service again in the future if needs be!

Thank you to Monica at your Hanford, Ca store for going above and beyond for mine and my husbands needs. We left completely satisfied! We will definitely be back! Great customer service, very patient and understand. Thank you again Monica!

My first time I heard of money mart was in google search and I notice that money mart had a 5 star rating so, no questions I went to the Money Mart on Dillingham blvd, Honolulu, HI. I walked in and the place looked very clean and I was welcome by a very friendly and professional girl by the name of Joy, she made my first time experience very impressive and very relaxing, I had no problem understand her or what was a expected of me in order to cash my check. It was so simple that I will come again to cash future checks, thank you Joy for making me feel that your excellent customer service and amazing pleasant personality, no wonder Money Mart is consider a 5 star rating. I will let others know about Money Mart

Hi, I had left a review for my experience while being dealt with inside the store. Everything couldn't have gone better. Lady behind the counter was very sweet and respectful. But I was in the middle, actually almost done with my loan being approved for my unemployment benefits that I was going to use to pay the loan back. But the lady informed me that I had to have an active bank account for more that 28 days. Welk, I do have a Chase bank account, but have only had it for about almost a week. So immediately got denied the loan. But my Chase bank account has nothing yo do with my unemployment benefits. I have a Bank of America debit card that I get my benefits on weekly. So what I dont understand is why I couldn't have given my Bank of America unemployment benefits debit card information to the lady???? I've gotten a loan from Speedy Cash and they took my debit card info and when it came time for them to collect their payment I owed, the funds were there everytime. And to be honest with you, that REALLY hurt me financially that I was denied the loan. Due to the fact I'm taking care of my 10 year old daughter as a single parent at the moment and am broke until payday. And car needs to be fixed as well. I really needed that loan
So PLEASE, if there is something you can do to help me, please dont hesitate to do so. And I very much appreciate your time I took from you by reading this long review. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you

This company does not care about customer service. I do not care to do business with a company who thinks they can operate without giving customer service. I have a loan payback set for Jul 26 which I need to move to Aug 3, when my Social Security deposit comes in. I am being told that the payoff date can't be changed. What kind of customer service is that? I send 2 emails requesting the payoff date be moved to Aug 3 and they don't even bother to respond. What kind of customer service is that? It is apparent to me that they care nothing about their customer.

Michelle is friendly, helpful, and doesn't waste your time. Her service is fast and on point. I would recommend this location to anyone.
