Great service, rate and process
I used Moneyplace a few years back and had a good experience. I came back to Moneyplace recently to loan monies to purchase a car. I was also talking with other lenders. Moneyplace offered the best rates and the least amount of stress and hassle. From the time i submitted my application, it was smooth and easy. The rate offered was low by comparison to others. Would recommend to others and I would do a loan with Moneyplace again.

Terrible customer service and response time
We have been trying to get a response for 25 days: we have paid out our loan and are waiting acknowledgment. Have called numerous times and after 20 mins being on hold we get cut off or asked to leave a message with no response. Numerous emails sent and no response. Think twice before dealing with this company.
