AI at its worst
You failed to give me a quote, and provided ridiculous reasons, suggesting I was ineligible. I am on the electoral roll, I have an excellent credit rating, No CCJs and am certainly not Bankrupt!!! Awful service. You don’t deserve my custom. An example of AI at its worst.

You advertised a car leasing deal through an email I received and when I enquired about this deal, the company I was directed to through the link knew nothing about it and was unable to offer a similar deal.

Terrible, I called the lease company direct and the girl I spoke to couldn’t find any reference to my email enquiry to you. She seemed put out and I had to persuade her to take the enquiry reference number.
