Horrid customer service. I put a budget on my account of £30 a week due to lack of impulse control because of BPD and ADHD. They let me go WAY over this and when I contacted them, they gave me a lame excuse. I told them I am vulnerable because of neurodivergency and they didn't give a damn. All they care about is making money, even when you try to put a limit on your account. Since I confronted them, they have closed down my account and all other bingo sites associated with them have closed my accounts too. This is disgusting.

Seems like it's the same company as Ballybet in Ontario at least, really awful AI/Automated customer service, it will not let you speak to a real person.
