in the last 2 days I have put close to £500 on my monopoly casino account and have only done £1 per spin on Big Bass Bonanza.

It took my money never giving me a win, the entire amount I have put in is £495, out of that I got a scatter 3 times, each one paid out under £40 . thats the main point in big bass is to get the scatters to win the bonus games, I would LOVE to know how this is in any way fair, its not, I expect to loose obviously but at the same time i also expect to win, or have a chance at winning, i counted at one point i had 73 dead spins in a row, no wins, not even 20p. worse part about it is they say its all luck etc etc, its a scam, plain and simple,

Many times a £10 deposit can be be doubled into £20 or so on with higher deposits. But if not taken at certain point, the game/website will just then give a small tiny wins every fewer spins which then lead to taking your profit and the deposit too. I deposited money into this casino, played, and won, but they refused to pay out my winnings. Instead, they only refunded my deposit. Before this, my partner’s friend and her ex-partner used her card (which was considered a third-party card) to play on the site, and they had no issues with receiving their payouts, even though they lost. Now, they’re telling me I’m not allowed to use a third-party card, even though others were allowed to in the past—only when I won, did they refuse.

It seems clear that the casino only allows third-party card usage when it benefits them. I’ve already sought advice from my solicitor and will wait for their response to the final email. If I don’t hear back by February 21st, I will be submitting a court claim for the money I rightfully won, supported by evidence of others being allowed to use third-party cards. This is a scam.

I asked why (and I was perfectly prepared to verify my account) until they requested a "enhanced verification" which includes about half a dozen different selfies, including ones of me, standing outside my house, showing door number amongst other things.
