Just to add to everyone else’s…

Just to add to everyone else’s reviews.. an absolute scam. I ordered in October when they advised it would be an additional 3-5 business days for processing during Covid.. fair enough. However, they have not replied to one email and I have absolutely no sign of received the goods!! Do not buy from mon purse!! Disgusting customer service and I should have known better to order from The Daily Edited like I usually do.

This website is a SCAM

This website is a SCAM! Exactly the same as every other review. Never received a confirmation order email, nil response to emails or Instagram messages and no delivery of order! They have stolen my money and I can’t do anything about it!

SCAM COMPANY DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY

I have been waiting for a month for a wallet, sent so many emails and only 1 reply about it shipping, I haven't got any emails for shipment.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY.

I am lodging a dispute on paypal for a refund with this useless company. They turned off all their comments on instagram so no one can complain but keep selling, and there is no phone number to contact.

Do not order from mom purse.
Spent $150 and they are not responding to emails to let me know why item being shipped from store is not happening.
They have not shipped item it has been 1 month since purchase.

Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware!!! Do not purchase from Mon Purse. I had ordered two wallets. Never received them. They do not respond to emails and do not have a contact phone number. Absolute disgrace.

Do not buy from Mon Purse!

I purchased a key ring as a gift. It was the cheapest quality ever. It was messily sent (not boxed), the monogram was not centred, the leather was crap. The hardware is so light that it could be plastic even. I emailed them and they said they never received my email even though I had a confirmation number of receipt. Then they said that they can’t refund. I wish I had read these reviews before but glad I didn’t buy something expensive from them. Buy from The Daily Edited.

Never sent items and then agreed to refund but never did

I purchased 2x bags from Monpurse which was $634.20. After chasing Monpurse for months they let me know they were having issues with the supplier and eventually offered a refund. I purchased in August 2019 and they still have not processed the refund and I have sent over 20+ emails and messages following up and with no response. They have essentially stolen my money and there is no contact number and they now just will not respond.

Horrible quality and customer service

My recent order arrived, and the quality was so bad!!!!! I ordered x2 keyrings as gifts - on one the metal appeared rusted, and on the other there were scratch marks??? Such horrible quality especially since they were meant to be gifts. The packaging also was so bad - both keyrings wrapped messily in the same tissue paper with an MP sticker on top even though they were separate items, and competitor stores deliver each item in it's own box which is required for the items being a gift. I sent an email with my concerns to the email address they provided (zoro @ monpurse.com) but over 1 week and no response whatsoever. I also tried to call the contact number that they provided in their email confirming my order (1300 060 520) but the number is disconnected. I've now placed a message via their website and let's see what happens there - I'm not convinced I'll get any resolution after reading the other reviews on this website... but fingers crossed I'm able to return the items and get a full refund... that is if they ever respond to their contact methods....

Ordered a purse from them and a few…

Ordered a purse from them and a few days later they got back saying they ran out of stock. Sent back countless emails to request refund but they do not reply. On the second attempt it said their mailbox is full. Contacted AfterPay and they lied to AfterPay saying I never contacted them even though I have the email sent record requesting refund to prove it and all of their phone numbers are not picked up. In all of my years of buying online I have never come across a more dodgy business. It must be a scam. Even buying on ebay feels safer. I guess I will lose all of my money. Shame on AfterPay for hosting MonPurse and enables it to extort money from customers.

I would not have thought I would be…

I would not have thought I would be disappointed in this company as I have bought from many times before. I wish I had of looked at reviews before purchasing for Father’s Day.
I have contacted customer service twice now as I bought product on the 4th of August hoping to get it by now!
Not sure what is going on but having a response would be a little bit of an expectation with customer service you would think?
Don’t think I’ll be a returning customer after this experience unfortunately

Disappointing!

I received my phone cases and they look terrible, the lettering is so spaced out! Looks nothing like the photos the company advertises. It looks like it was extremely rushed and doesn’t look appealing at all. I tried reaching out through emails, sending a message to the Instagram page and I’ve been ignored and it’s been almost 3 weeks. I’ll never buy from here again and I wouldn’t recommend this company to my family and friends.

Fake shipping dates and no way to contact.....

My mum placed an order around the end of July for a 21st gift, we read that shipping takes 3-7 business days and we had around 2 weeks before the birthday.
2 weeks later, the birthday had passed and the items had not arrived, we tried contacting monpurse only to recieve no response, after much nagging through messenger because they dont have an active number to reach?? we got a response saying the order will be shipped tonight, after this they explain that sale items take around 10-14 business days ***this was not stated anywhere on the website***
every time we have messaged them they assure us the items will be shipped right away or they have already been shipped (they have not) and still nothing!!!! it is now late august well over a month since purchasing these items and the birthday has since past. Mon purse is appalling, with no contact number, fake shipping times and no responses to numerous messages and emails, will NEVER be purchasing from this site again.

Absolutely appalling will NEVER buy…

Absolutely appalling will NEVER buy from this company again !!!!!! I can’t believe they’re still trading. (Word of advice use The Daily Edited, nicer goods & such better service. Only just found this out.) I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Customer service is non existent. There is no number to call. The only form of contact is to email them & if you’re lucky you get a very generic, thanks for your patience response after about 72 hours. I don’t know how many emails I sent. Ordered a pouch for a friends birthday, (embarrassingly birthday came & went) on 26 June & only received goods on 7 August after many frustrating email attempts to locate goods. Courier service they use are also abmissal. Finally received goods and it was absolutely embarrassing in the way it arrived in a pathetic plastic bag wrapped in a bit of tissue . So glad I didn’t have it sent directly to friends address. I had to then go out & buy box & dust bag before I could gift to my friend. No one from Mon Purse bothered to follow up to ensure the goods arrived. Such poor form. Lift your game Mon Purse. You don’t deserve patronage.

I picked up my order yesterday in a big box later to find the wallet and phone case I had Ordered just thrown together with loose black paper on top?

No idea how I’m suppose to package this as they are gifts and also incredibly shocked no one would ever know they are “mon purse” due to no boxes or any branding ..?
What am I paying for ?
They charge a rediculous amount for products and can’t even put them into something for delivery ? Terrible!

I also put a nylon order through before this happened earlier in the week which I am hoping to cancel now as they were also gifts too...
And I have just spent $25 on buying boxes and packaging for my items I got yesterday. I’ve never had to do this before

Weirdest part is .. no one even knows where they are from ?!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I placed an order on 20 July and, due to an error on the website, was charged twice via Afterpay. I emailed immediately and one of the orders was cancelled and I expected a refund via Afterpay within 10 working days as advised by email. I received my one item no worries, lovely bag, well made. However the credit for the double up has not come through and I am still making payments to Afterpay for two items, when I only ordered and wanted and received the one. Emails are not returned, am very disappointed with the service.

So shocked reading all of these reviews : wish I had done so before purchasing with this corrupt company ! I’ve also purchased items which I have not received and all phones are disconnected and email responses are minimal . I received one saying they would chase up and after 18 days of me waiting and chasing up numerous times again I got one saying they were out of stock ! No refund received or response since that correspondence . No products have arrived . They do not seem to care about their customers at all . My purchase was a 40th gift for a good friend and I have been humiliated over this as I originally figured it must be just slow postage due to covid so apologised for the gift being late but now I realise it isn’t that at all and they are telling lies to keep my money and not send the goods . How can a company get away with this in this day and age in Australia ????? Contact the office of fair trading if this has also happened to you so they can shut them down before anyone else loses their money .

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK OF

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK OF! BE WARNED Not sure what is happening with MonPurse...but something IS! No replies to email or IG/FB messages, only number which actually worked as a Sydney boutique mobile number where I left 2 messages but no reply. 1300 phone number on the emailed invoice appears to be disconnected? All department store sites appear to be closed (despite no communication of that on their website?)...which is an issue for me because I purchase a couple of things on the website that I was going to take to store to have monogrammed when I decided which product I was going to give to who! also part of an order has turned up with just some torn black tissue wrapped around it (3 small purses) with no Mon Purse gift box or pouch included?? From my previous purchases I expected there to be a box/pouch and as they are all for gifts I am pretty disappointed. I have 2 more items to arrive (one directly delivered to a Birthday Girl) and I am dreading what will arrive to her. Will it be the quality I would have expected from Mon Purse? I’m afraid not. No way of telling as no-one will respond to any form of communication.
