Ordering could be improved.

Every time I pressed complete transaction it came up with 'Error'. I did this twice and on the third time I changed the monogram colour which made it go through. If it showed why there was an error it would have been a lot faster process and less stressful as I checked my bank and both errors still went through as pending.

Great product, mediocre experience.

Great product, but I had the wrong item sent out twice before I got what I actually ordered and paid for.
Customer service was really good the first time although the replacement item that was sent was also incorrect. I contacted customer service (twice) about the wrong replacement item, but got no response and had to reach out on social media before I got a resolution. After this though I finally got the item I ordered.
I purchased during the height of the pandemic, so delays were expected; but the incorrect item being sent out twice before getting my order right, was pretty disappointing.
Interestingly I’ve since heard similar experiences from others who’ve purchased from Mon Purse. I do love the phone case though and overall customer service was helpful. Just took a while to get a simple order right.

Beautiful timeless quality

I purchased two luggage tags, a passport wallet and a document holder as gifts. The leather quality, design and finish make these lasting items. I had each item monogrammed with the allowable three initials only. The only thing I would have preferred is have the full name monogrammed .

I was unsatisfied with my product and the customer service of monpurse

I was unsatisfied with my product as the monogram wasn’t placed in the correct position as shown on the website. It was placed basically halfway between the edge and the middle of the cardholder which looked terrible. I emailed monpurse and they didn’t reply to me. I emailed them with a follow up email to remind them to contact me re. my issue but they also failed to reply. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service.
