Wrong products, long response times and poor quality
Sent the wrong product before Christmas. I sent them back as soon as you provided the details and you took weeks to send me the correct product which I got post Christmas. Both items the leather was already coming up in the corner of the cases which were poor quality. I will not be ordering through you again.
My strap broke at the metal wear and…
My strap broke at the metal wear and the metal wear tarnished. The zipper was always difficult and stiff to unzip. Overall the product was ok, I brought it some years back so I do wonder if the quality has improved in the mentioned features that i had issues with. I would probably not invest in an item again (made to order bowler bag) unless they told me they had better quality metal wear on the bags (particularly for the price). Also I didn't get a dust bag to store it in which is annoying.
Disappointing customer experience
Product not as high quality as I was expecting for the price. Below average customer service; staff seem lovely but hampered by poor processes, website and ordering experience. If products are out of stock then you shouldn’t be able to order and pay for them. I wanted to love Mon Purse however will shop elsewhere next time.

Horrendous customer service and ordering experience
Despite your product being absolutely divine, I have never in my life experienced such horrific, disorganised, unresponsive and blatantly disgraceful service. I placed an order before Christmas which was guaranteed delivery for Christmas Day, which did not arrive despite receiving a booking confirmation. To date nobody has answered your customer support number and when I did occasionally get an email response from support, the information was disjointed and your attempts to fulfil my requests were consistently erroneous.
It took months to finally receive the products we ordered, and we received them separately and I had to chase for the second part of the order.
It was honestly unbelievable how bad the experience was. I will never shop with you again, despite how lovely the actual product is.
I’m seriously so sorry for writing such a review, I can only hope my feedback makes it to someone who realises that something needs to change in your company in order to satisfy customer enquiries.
