5*s just isn’t enough!
I would give Monster parking more than five stars if I could. We travelled last week and honestly, the staff couldn’t be more helpful both on our drop off and on pick up. The team are friendly, helpful, efficient and fun to have a chat to on the short journey to the airport.
I thought I had left the leather pouch to our key card at their office and they absolutely did everything in their power to search for it, to send me video footage of the key being given back to me, looking under every car in the row where our car was parked, only for me to discover that they had in fact given it to me and it was in my purse all along. They are just the best and their prices are the most competitive too. Special thanks to Tomas who did all the searching when it was entirely my fault. Thank you Monster Parking, we will always use you!
