We used this service summer time when we went on holiday for 3 weeks and were extremely impressed and satisfied with the service we received. We were able to have a peace of mind with regards to our vehicle and also airport rides. It was a convenient and reliable experience for us. The price was very reasonable and solved our main issue every time we travel abroad. Would highly recommend them.

I used merryparking in August for parking my car MERC GLE SUV near Heathrow for a period of 3 weeks. The pick up and delivery of my car was so excellent and to the time. Staff were spot on and punctual despite my flight landing 4 hours early, they worked around it. I was nervous using such service initially however thier parking zones are really secure, manned and insured too. I also didn't have to pay for airport entry and exit and is covered in the booking, which made my experience even smoother. Very value for money too.

I had to make two changes to the booking, and both were accommodated with no concerns. Made the trip easier and less stressful.

Had to pay for our own car parking ticket for when we dropped off as the gentleman did not have a working card so disappointed as this was supposed to be included. On time otherwise

Mostly a good experience. The only downsides were the waits to be met at both ends of the journey we’re a bit longer than hoped for.

Competitive pricing however very poor customer service hence the 3 stars. Our flight arrived 45 minutes earlier than expected. I contacted the office of my arrival and was told that they could not deliver my car any earlier than the time I had given. I then replied with "Oh my goodness" in a normal tone. The man I spoke to mistook this as being rude. To my surprise, he started shouting at me. I had to tell him to calm down and that his attitude was totally uncalled for. I have never had any issues in the past. I am hoping this is a one off.
