The finance manager delivered it personally on an early Sunday morning after the receptionist hadn't accepted the parcel.

Broke my favourite nail file from Mont Blue after 12 years of use and decided to order a new one directly from the manufacturer. I paid through paypal, but other than the receipt paypal sent me, I never received an order confirmation or shipment info of any kind. Tried e-mailing them on may 16, but also never received a reply. Really dissapointed :(

I ordered from this site; and managed to fix some problems with the website. Sergej managed to explain to me which combs were discontinued and which ones were available but disabled from ordering on the website (with "out of stock" status and no pre-order option) and he fixed their statuses accordingly. This was important because I needed the La Meche 5530 comb which was offered at the most competitive price online & largest range that could ship outside of Europe. Postnl took 1 week to get the package to an export scan out of the country; and took a full 14 days "in transit" internationally. After an inquiry was filed with help of Sergej, the parcel did manage to arrive on the 14th day in Australia. Sergej offered to reship the order at no extra cost if the order didn't turn up in a week in Australia and it would be assumed lost in transit, this was the responsible decision. I do recommend Mont Bleu for the widest range & most competitive price of Sägemann combs, as well as ordering their nail files which are known to be exemplary. Their stock is replenished regularly and pre-order is possible for items which is the best for online shops, and ensures you are getting the fresh stock. I can recommend, just don't expect shipping to be fast as it would be economically unviable to send via other carriers, and once its out of the Netherlands its usually out of the hands of the carrier, no matter what it is. Considering the price competitiveness, its okay. I re-ordered some more items from them after the first order was confirmed arrived in Australia and scanned by Auspost. I can highly recommend. I will post another review as soon as the second order gets here. They fully deserve their excellent record on Trustpilot.

Mont Bleu is a classic brand with a solid reputation and they continue to uphold that reputation. The file I ordered is just as good as one I’ve had for thirty years and the service was fast. Especially shipping to the United States.

A more detalled ie sooner information about shipping would have been appreciated.

The glass orange stick feels lovely to use. I am new to doing my own manicures and this is a great little tool to have. Delivery was very quick too.
