In Time For a Birthday
I needed a couple of the files for a birthday, but I didn’t notice a few things were on back order. Customer service helped me to make sure they came in time. The packaging was secure and everything came in perfect condition. My niece loved them.

Slow but good
Never shipped. I placed my order on April 15th. It contained an item on back order so I waited. They never responded to any of my emails requesting update. I received an automated email saying my order was complete and shipped on June 24th. That was not true, FedEx say they never received the package for that shipment number. Mon Bleu has still not answered any email about it since, but they sure did email to ask me for a good review here.
UPDATE: The oderder was finally delivered on 25 July. One item not quite as described, but everything else was right. Best nail files anywhere. Took a very long time, but I would not buy any other brand. Updated from 1 star to 4 stars. I did not give 5 stars because they never reply to emails and their phone doesn't work, but the quality of their files is 5 star.

This site became a scam. I made an order, after 1 month I had to contact Paypal for refund as the seller keeps on not shipping items.
