I have been buying from Monument Metals for about 6 months now and have purchased about $260K worth of Silver and Gold products. Out of the 24 shipments I only had an issue with one shipment being damaged in transit and after a call to Giselle and Jonathan they took care of it. Giselle and Jonathan are always helpful and pleasant to talk with and a good wealth of knowledge. They offer a good selection of products, very competitive pricing and ship my orders fairly quickly. I would recommend Monument Metals to my friends and family!

Monument Metals consistent, warm and personable, responses and response time are always outstanding. By informing us of tax liabilities imposed by different U.S. states, Monument Metals helped to save us $1100 on a recent 2023 American Eagle monster box order. Prices are good. No hidden fees. I got what I ordered in a timely manner.

Placed an order on Feb, 21st and 24th. Talk with the company via email because hadn't received tracking. They told me my order shipped on March 1st. Today is the March 7th, and USPS still has not received my package per their site. I'm so frustrated. I understand shipping is a challenge in Maryland, however I can't even confirm if the package was dropped last Wednesday, being that's just when the label was printed.

Monument Metals is the best precious metals dealer hands down. They consistently have the best prices and most importantly to me, the best customer service. They respond quickly to ensure a top-notch experience, and their products never disappoint.

As with all online bullion dealers, echeck payment processing is painfully slow. I guess $1k of bullion is somehow more expensive than $1k of any other product on the planet. Bullion dealers are far more sensitive to fraud than any other retailer on the planet. Lol. Right. Anyway...

Besides that, MM offers better prices. Shipment arrived "on time" lol, packed well and as described. Easy order process, presumed secure.

They did their job, which is commendable these days. Bravo.

They have great prices and are great people to deal with. All coins are bubble wrapped and double boxed before sent out for delivery. MM are set up for small purchase buyers like myself. I've purchased approximately 20 orders and have had no issues.

Monument Metals are great to do business with, I used to check prices on other sites but found out a while back that MM's service and price can't be beat!

From time of purchase to delivery takes too long. I paid by ACH, took a few days. By the time you confirm the order, process and package it seems to take forever. To date I still haven't received my order. Would be awesome if this process could be streamlined much like Amazon and/ or Ebay. As a customer I want my product now...not 2-3 weeks later. But I do like your spot prices...best spot price I've seen!

I’m very impressed by the low premiums on bullion. I’ve made a few more purchases from MM since my last review. I must say that I was a little disappointed with a couple of silver purchases. First I ordered a 10oz RCM bar. It had scratches from being stored with other bars apparently. I initially thought that the scratches was on the plastic but wasn’t. Second time I purchased a couple of Maples and they had fingerprints all over them when I unboxed them. It was so noticeable that you immediately noticed it through the flips. If this were junk silver I could dig it but that’s not cool. I like doing business with MM but I feel like they should do better when it comes to storage and handling of metals before shipping. I’ve purchased gold as well from them and it’s always in pristine condition. But with all that said, they still have some of the best prices hands down.
