I purchased this watch for my daughter 6 th birthday. I downloaded the app to get start which I can't create an account as the system need to be authorised? With that I have email them 4 times in total with no response. No phone number is available to be able to call. Very unsatisfactory never going to rec9mend this product and I'll be getting my money back.
Do not bother! They don’t even warrant 1 star. I have been trying on and off for 12 months to contact moochies, they do not reply to emails!!! They do email you to advise your payment didn’t go through. Absolutely disgusting, zero customer service.
I wish I could give this ZERO stars. The watch doesn’t connect. They take your money and have ZERO customer service. I reached out weeks ago about connectivity and have had no response at all. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
I have been sending emails to the Help email address at Moochies to cancel the Sim plan I had. I received one reply which asked for some information which I supplied. But subsequently, have not received any further contact and the SIM plan amount keeps getting debited from my account. No contact number to actually speak to anyone and no response to emails. Clearly a scam. Will they respond to this complaint I wonder..

After one month i had to change my credit card data due to a new card. After the change the app didnt work anymore. Its already been two months now that i'm paying an extremely expensive data plan for an app that is not functioning.
I get no respons from the helpdesk. even after i sended screenshots from the error.
also before the location was oftenly not working properly.
Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t buy this crap! The watch was a complete waste of time and money. I couldn’t log into my account on my mobile, and the support team was completely unresponsive.
If I could give a zero stars I would. Absolute worst company. they have taken money and not provided me with the service paid for. I returned the watches to where I bought them from and I tried to cancel the sim plan and still got charged again the next month. I have tried and tried to contact the customer service but it is only an email option and never get any response at all.
It seems that Moochies has some problems. Their website has all sorts of security-failures. They promote with a 24/7 assistance, but it's actually only during business days. We have a 2 watches for a few months now but never got them to setup up correctly. Very not user-friendly. Never buy it.

Ordered a Moochies Smartwatch (Helix) which advertises a one-button SOS function online (product is now pulled from the website) and in the manual. It does not have this function. You have to navigate multiple small menus to do this. When trying to get a cancellation of the service, Moochies started ignoring my help requests. They have an autoreply on their mail system so are 100% receiving the messages. Their email addresses appear to go to the same place so I can't escalate the issue, so I have to resort to writing a negative review. We are still to this date being billed and have been trying to cancel their service for 2 months.
I have had issues with 4 watches since Christmas, the first 2 they responded within a few days and sorted a replacement. After the third watch failed I asked for a refund as I was not happy with the product. They said no and issued another replacement. Within 10 days 4th watch failed AGAIN. I have tried getting in touch with them 3 times and have had nothing back. They are also taking double the subscription costs from my account each month and can not cancel this without speaking to customer service - who are ignoring me! Disgusting company and a lot of money has been wasted.
Waste of money and cancelled the Moochies SIM card for the watch but i saw on my creditcard that there were 3 new payments! The don't even respond on emails.
I would like to see this payment as soon as possible back at me and will not receive any others.

Don't bother wasting your money on this product. Complete waste of time and money. 3 Moochies down the line which have all been faulty and everytime you have to make a cancellation they take time to respond while still deducting money from ur account. Being forced to cancel my bank card since they're still getting money out of it 2 months after requesting a cancellation of the account. Zero customer service
Update 16-10-2024 - returned the watch...
Bought the watch 2 days ago for my son. Since then we are unable to create an account, unable to activate the subscription, most important for my son, unable to use the watch at all in this case.
Trying to contact customer service, with 0 outcome. Chat is offline, mails are unanswered, so there is no way to get help from them.

Location has never worked correctly on the watch, literally kilometres out. Also, Moochies cancelled their AU Telstra service in March this year, and never reconnected any service, yet have continued billing me each month (now October), despite my emailing to dispute the charges.
The only way to contact is via email, and responses are very slow (or never??)
Terrible product. Worked for less than a week and then both myself and my husband were both kicked out of the app and couldn't get back in so we couldn't contact our children and they couldn't contact us rendering the product unusuable. Tried to contact support six times over an 8 day period but never received a response. After no response received I have now returned this product and I'm now trying to cancel my subscription for the sim package but still not receiving a response. Avoid this product.
4 emails and no response!!!!! Have the watch 11 days and still not working, no customer support whatsoever, no phone number to contact directly….. I want to cancel my subscription, as paying for a product that does not work and a full refund……. WORST PRODUCT EVER, DO NOT BUY!!!!!
