Worst company ever

If minus stars was a thing that would be more suited to my experience with this company. Had a small issue setting up a watch and have been emailing for the last two weeks and never get any response. You get the automated email with a request ID number and that’s it. There’s no customer care to call and the sim cancellations email is also non-responsive. Its a joke of a company (although can’t actually find out anything about them in Ireland!) and I would encourage everyone to steer well clear so they don’t end up out of pocket too!

ready to explode i have gotten 3 watches and have had…

I'm going to explode, I have gotten 3 watches and have had the worst time ever, it took forever to set up these watch they were not linking to the internet or bluetooth, for ages then I got 2 to set up. but still dont work properly can't call my phone from the watch. still can't get the 3rd watch to link up, return it, got a replacement one and that is still not working. and i have been charged for all 3 monthly plan, yes i have emailed and still nothing and and why are they say 24/7 support time that doesn't exist.

I would zero stars if I could

Update, every two days I get an email saying they are attempting to take my payment and I need to update my details. Chasing me for a subscription I’ve been trying to cancel and for a service that never once worked for me or hundreds! Absolute thieves.
I would give zero stars if I could.
The support email and the sim cancellation email seem to be unmanned.
The watch had issues with swiping and with reverting to a software or program behind the scenes which seemed to look different to the standard buttons and layout. The gps only showed about two streets away and was not accurate. The watch face moved too easily in and out of the band and was a drop risk.
I activated the sim and they took my money for a subscription but the sim never correctly activated and after emailing and opening a support ticket I had no response.
I took the watch back to the retailer for a refund but have been unable to get a response to cancel the monthly subscription or get a refund for the sim that never worked. To stop the repeat charges I had to cancel my card. Absolutely appalling experience.

Cancel your credit card immediately

Cancel or change the number of your credit card immediately, if you want to cancel their service.

Despite the customer service emailed to confirm cancellation. Credit card charges never stop until cancelling the credit card. Still got emails that unsuccessful attempts to charge, and lots of people should have been scammed in this way. Hope justice can be served to these scammers.

I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could, 7 emails now to try get them to stop making attempts to take money from my account. No reply to any email sent. The watch was returned as it had already been used and another child's picture and profile on it. Serious breach of GDPR and child protection

Just like others. SO BAD!

Just like others, I am experiencing unacceptable: watches are not possible to activate, and support takes months to provide a pointless answer. I have been fighting to stop abonement for 3 months now. Still charged!

Worst ever customer experience and produvt

This is a misleading and ineffective product. The app is free but sign up to monthly plan is needed to even activate Sim. The 24/7 support never responds and with no exaggeration takes on average, close to a month to answer email only service, if at all. Watch doesn't ring out, no SOS where meant to be. This has been my worst ever customer purchase in history.

I'm pretty sure the Moochies Technology Ltd is, or has, gone under. Companies House shows they terminated a bunch of directors in May, including one of the founding directors. The remaining director, the current CTO, has "Open For Work" on their LinkedIn profile.

Biggest scam!

Purchased watches years ago have had them work for maybe 2 months total in the atleast 4 years of having them.... tried for over a year to cancel sim plans and still no response from moochies. I'm paying for a service the kids can't even use! Biggest waste of money!

This is a scam!

This is a scam, they make you pay for the plan but when product actually sucks and doesnt work well and time to cancel, there is no respond and they keep charging you. Dont make same mistake as we did.

Very disappointed

Really disappointed with a watch. To good to be true. No GPS, no signal etc.
I did send 3 emails over 2 weeks and still no reply. I need to cancel my sim plan. I hope someone will get back to as soon as possible adervise I need to contact my bank.
Waste of money and time.

No responce from custome service team, since 8 days

I have raised 5 tickets to have a representative contact me and after 8 days still no response.

I have tried emails, instagram, facebookn online chat, but there is NO responce from anyone.

I am trying to buy a packet for the watch as my daughter starts school on Monday and will be commuting alone and she is not allowed her phone. Its disappointing that the company doesn't have anyone to respond to customers.

The watch is great, but it relies heavily on customer service as it has a co tract to them, ifit was sim free, I would contact the sim company or just put a new sim in.
