Bad Customer service

Bought a moochie oddsey and 2 weeks counting have not received an activation email yet they took 30 dollars for the activation. Customer service never gets back to you at all. Buy this watch att your risk! Because you will not get any support

I have contacted the customer service…

I have contacted the customer service mutliple time no response. I have now allready 3 tickets open. Still no answer. In have problems with my childs watch. And there for I want to cancel my description. If I don't receive any mail this week. I will claim my money back by the bank.

GPS inaccurate and not LIVE as described

The watch GPS states my son is 7 miles away, despite him being right beside me. Completely unreliable and no response to my case number - 338448

Update - my son cannot call me from
His watch but I can call him!

Update again still no reply to any emails, or instagram/Facebook messages! Scam of a company!

Worst watch and customer service ever

Worst watch and even worse customer service I have ever encountered in my life! Tried to reach moochies for weeks now without any response!!! The watch suddenly stopped working and won’t start at all. Send dozens of e-mails without the smallest reaction. My daughter got the watch as a gift and wasn’t able to use it since then. Would advice never to buy anything from moochies.

No response from Customer Service

*6 days on and still no response*

Unfortunately no reponse for me from Customer Service either, despite having a troubleshooting number. I've activated a SIM plan but the watch wouldn't connect to the network, would only work in Wifi and even at that, wouldn't ring anyone. I'm sure it just needs a small tweak but I need someone to help and it's impossible to get to talk to a real person. Their online chat just says 'Connecting you with someone now'' but hours later, there's still no one.
This watch was bought to replace the Xplora one as the speaker stopped working but already, it's proved inferior to the Xplora watch for ease of setup.
I reset the watch and now I can't bind the watch as there's no QR code to scan.

Watch won't let me top it up I've tried…

Watch won't let me top it up I've tried to get hold on there support chat, fb, Instagram and also email. Still no resolution to the problem so bought a watch lasted the first 28days and now not working.

No QR code to pair watch with App

I have purchased a watch along with accessories and have had my SIM plan confirmed but; as yet, I cannot pair the watch to my App as there hasn’t been a QR code provided?
I have e-mailed your contact address (reference 337911) yet haven’t received a response.
I would appreciate some response/assistance please?

Not working

Nothing has worked on the watch, not even sim and no one is responding to emails!!!
I’ve been emailing for over a week now and no response. I want to cancel my sim subscription, full refund on it as it’s never worked since signing up and I’m going to take the watch back from where it was purchased from.

Impossible to get thru to the company…

Impossible to get thru to the company and speak to anyone.

Watch has conflicting content on and is not working. I'm paying monthly and as of yet haven't been able to use the watch.

The watch is completely useless and it's infuriating that you can't get thru to any kind of help.

Absolutely do not use this company

Worst

Worst, most dishonest company ever - in.bed w Wells Fargo as well. Have been fighting this for over 2 years to get them to stop auto charges. New card, complaint after complaint, fraudulent filing, business complaint w WF - nothing can stop this. Don’t do it!!!

BEWARE WORST COMPANY EVER!

BEWARE WORST COMPANY EVER!! I have cancelled the service in July 2024 however they are still taking money from my account, they haven't responded to any of my emails, there is no response on the live chat either.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AS ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Do not buy anything from this fraudulent business

I would give zero stars if possible.
I've encountered all the problems people have listed here - a product that simply doesn't work.

Most galling though is the utter lack of customer service. I sat on the '24/7 live chat' online for five hours with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I've emailed three different Moochies addresses over 10 days with no reply. I even tried social media - again, no reply.

It seems to me this is a corrupt business that knows it's under-delivering but playing the numbers game to make off with as much ill-gotten gains as possible before it's inevitably shut down. I've reported them to the ACCC ... here's hoping they take action and swiftly.

I bought the watch for my kid and we…

I bought the watch for my kid and we were both very excited to use it, but nothing works. He hasn't even made a single call as it doesn't connect and keeps disconnecting the moment I connect it to the internet. I have been emailing support multiple times for 2 weeks now and have received no reply. I need to cancel the subscription and need a refund as soon as possible.

DO NOT BUY !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought for my 8 year old last Christmas, since then I have sent countless emails explaining the watch doesn't work. The location won't update, messages don't send, calls wont go through. It effectively does nothing it should. ( Except take my money)
The customer service is horrendous and seems to be all bots replying the same advice over and over. I am now at the stage of contacting media outlets about the scam that is this company and have sought legal advice as they have continued for a year to take payment for a service that doesn't work.
I also have met with the company where I bought the watch and have made them aware these devices do not work. They too are now looking into it.
Please let me reinstate this has been going on now since December and I yet have to speak directly with a person. I wish I had have done my research better, there are countless groups calling this company out. Save yourself a fortune and buy a cheaper one from a well know online shopping next day delivery site.

No possible to pair watch with the phone

I buy moochie watch on 8 of August and I activate a SIM card I want to pair moochie with my phone but until now I didn't see the qr code.No possible to contact with moochie team I try by email ,live chat, Facebook and no response. I will wait few days more and I will return this watch coz is useless .
Where should I send my email?I sent already 2 emails to help support and didn't get any reply.

Support Ticket not answered 335616 & 337029

24/7 Live chat support on their website advertised, but when you try to find it doesn't exist as nobody responds on it. They don't reply to emails. I have been waiting to weeks for a response in trying to cancel my subscription and in that time they have proceeded to take another monthly payment. You get an automatic response asking you to confirm details which include asking for your email address (seems bizarre given that I just emailed them so surely they can read?)

Not recommended

They ignore you when you want to end your sim contract! Happened to my friend too. I had to go into my bank to cut them off. Ending because the watch is far too unreliable.
