I can’t emphasize how hard it was for me to take the step to start therapy as a young man. However, I did and after the first appointment I was glad I did and very optimistic after the first assessmen... See more

I was referred to mood by my doctor that was back in last summer of 23 and I had one appointment and I missed it. I never heard back from them. I tried to reach out. They never reached back and I never got the therapy that I needed and I’m still looking for a therapist and being that I’m on Medi-Cal I’m limited to my resources and I just feel that if this is a virtual therapy that they should try to reach out a little bit more to be able to try to help people Instead of not responding or if they did maybe it’s the wrong email but they have my phone number. They could’ve called many different ways to get in contact with me and they didn’t so it’s very displeasing when you’re out there trying to look for help.
Did not like zooming with someone where the internet connection was always being interrupted. I would have rather talked to a women.
I got the best care and I trusted them 100% I’ve been happy for the first time in 11 years and I thank you so very much
Talk therapy is not helping. Increasingly, Therapist would interrupt me ("You need to hear this") and tell a story about someone else's experience or express her personal challenges. Suggestions to lift depression were activities I cannot do due to working 7 days a week. Recently, I became very sick and could not work. Being sick and unable to work was depressing and stressful with no income during this time. Spoke to Dr Jon on 12/13 and she suggested I do some volunteer work to alleviate depression. Feels like I am not being heard or they just don't have suggestions that would be possible for me.
Easy to access a therapist quickly. I had a choice of therapists as well as various times of day to teleconference with the therapist. Support staff is outstanding and provide answers promptly. Grateful for the helpful Mood Team.
I really like the therapists that I’ve worked with & would highly recommend Mood Health.
I don’t do well with using my computer, so if a person who is supposedly depressed [me] cant manage to keep up with technology, essentially your system only makes some of us feel more helpless
Jen Mitchell is fantastic. The advice she provides is dead on. Very happy with therapy.
Fining good Theraphys. But i have to pay because ir out of network the providers.
Mood Health’s talk therapy has been so helpful for me. It is helping me work through long standing issues I’ve had communicating and taking care of my needs. The sign up was very easy with lots of gentle reminders from them. Every week they send me reminders and the link I need. They make the process painless. My therapist is amazing. We have a great connection and I feel like my mental health and therefore my life have improved greatly since starting therapy.
Super Friendly and Very Helpful
They listen and try to assist in and specific area you want to work on. Also it’s super convenient since its online.
Ability to talk to someone who knows my circumstances and understands. I have no one else that I can talk to. Helps me think of positive strategies.
Found my therapist after a long time of looking for one. It is easy to book, and have a chat with no connection problems. I love my psychiatrist Tessie she is the best!!!
I was nervous to start medications or therapy, but knew I was struggling and needed help. The psychiatrist and therapist have been so understanding, kind, and helpful! My mindset has changed from being nervous, to feeling supported and having someone guide me through my journey to better mental health.
Providers are not available after work hours. I am only available after 4pm due to my job.
I had some frustration with contacting someone after my initial contact. It took over a month to find a female therapist and start sessions. However, now that I am having regular sessions it has been a game changer for my mental health. Of course a work in progress, but just getting help feels like progress. Thanks so much
I enjoyed LeHenry's kind, approachable nature that encouraged me to let my guard down, even when discussing difficult things in my past/current life. I won't be able to meet with him anymore because I am moving out-of-state, but thank you for your time and I hope you continue to prosper in any and all endeavors you aspire to!
I like how they're efficient in setting appointments & following up with emails & phone calls. Customer service is great, but there's a bigger reason why I gave 3 stars.
I think my biggest problem with Mood Health is that I've been a "client" for several months & still have not met with an in-network therapist. I remember receiving information about one therapist that was in my network, & when I signed up for an appointment, there were no more availability for this therapist. (I did this the same day I received the email notification of availability being open.) Till to this day, I have received no therapy, just only a screening episode. They're really kind & efficient in finding out-of-network therapists, but I personally believe they're very limited on in-network providers. The out-of-network therapists charge a lot & even with my insurance that my company pays for, I still have to pay a large sum for the co-pay. It's quite stressful to be honest.
I appreciate what Mood Health does in the meantime, but it's unfortunate that I have not received services within this year.
