Ordered from their website and when the items had not been dispatched 5 days later I tried contacting them via email and phone with no response or answer. I have now cancelled the order, judging by another review I am concerned this will also be ignored, I will have to raise a dispute with my bank if no response, do not purchase products from this company.

I’m awarding only one star solely for the total lack of customer service or responsiveness. I placed an order 10 days ago and have been contacting the company to find out when it would arrive. They fail to acknowledge or respond and now asking for a refund. Of course no response to that either. Don’t deal with this company online. They are truly dreadful. Some independent pharmacists stock the products so much safer to buy from them.

I can only assume I won’t get a refund from this company for my order so they also seem happy to take money from people too.

I have had the worst allergic reaction to these products so although they say they are safe for sensitive skin I would dispute this. I have asked to return and for a refund several times with no reply. I would not recommend this company for the products or the service

I placed an order on 30th June with standard paid postage. By 6th July, I still hadn’t received a dispatch email, so I contacted you to ask for the order to be cancelled as we were going away and it hadn’t yet arrived.

I then emailed on the 8th, 10th, and 11th July, each time asking for someone to just acknowledge my message. I’ve had no response at all, not even a quick reply or an update.

I completely understand that delays can happen, and I really want to support small businesses. I’m also aware from your website that you were moving warehouses from 1st July - (although this wasn’t advertised at the time of my ordering). But even so, someone should be monitoring emails or, at the very least, have an automatic reply set up to manage expectations. Being ignored for two weeks is really poor customer service.

Yesterday, I received a refund notification, but this was just an automated email - still nothing from a human being. The whole experience has just been disappointing, and unfortunately it means I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.

I love using Moogoo Cosmetics. Their products are natural and excellent for sensitive skin. They are very gentle and free of harsh chemicals. Their customer service is also excellent! I have been a satisfied customer for a couple of years. While I enjoy exploring different brands, Moogoo is a favorite that the whole family enjoys.

I’ve struggled with moderate eczema on my hands for years and have tried countless creams, including prescription steroid treatments, with little success. I discovered MooGoo’s Natural Skin Milk Udder Cream and thought it was worth a try.

Within just a few days of using it, I noticed a major improvement. Now, my hands are completely healed! It’s soothing, non-irritating, non greasy and feels so gentle on the skin. The fact that it’s made with natural ingredients gives me real peace of mind.

I was so impressed that I recommended it to my grandmother, who has quite severe eczema and has been to several dermatologists over the years. Amazingly, she’s had the same fantastic results.

Skin issues are somewhat personal so some may have varying results. However, Moogoo has worked fantastic for me so I cannot recommend it enough!

I’ve tried everything - a ton of anti dandruff shampoos, dermatitis shampoos, and I’ve even consulted a trichologist who gave me an array of products to use. My scalp was itchy, flaky as hell and sometimes even bled. Nothing worked until I found Moogoo. I use their milk shampoo and apply sone of the scalp cream after I’ve washed my hair. I felt a positive change after just one wash routine and now have no scalp problems. No flaky scalp and no itchiness. I wish I’d found this incredible brand sooner. The shampoo even smells nice unlike many other dermatitis ones on the market! I think it’s a fabulous product that is great value for money considering the peace of mind and quality you’re getting. 10/10 recommend.

NOT SENSITIVE SKIN FRIENDLY!!! I contacted this company to ask about the fragrance ingredients used in their “sensitive shampoo” as I have really severe fragrance allergies. They assured me the product would be fine for me. Well I have in the last 30 minutes washed my hair…. And had a severe allergic reaction. Scalp on fire face bright red and swelling. I have had extensive patch testing done by Guys and St Thomas hospital and the fragrance allergies are the only issues I have, therefore leading me to the conclusion I have been lied to. Do not buy from this company I quite frankly feel like I’ve been scammed/tricked into spending money on a product that has made me seriously ill

Saw an ad, signed up to receive 15% off as advertised. No code received. Emailed customer services and they sent me a code that doesn’t work (twice). Won’t bother now tbh

I purchased moo goo scalp treatment for itchy scalp. Woman with "hair." This treatment is a complete waste of time and money! It could give some temporary relief for a baby or bald man. As a woman with hair, most of it got on my hair, very difficult to get directly onto the scalp while trying to bypass strands of hair. If this was a liquid like nizoral tonic maybe it would work. I purchased 2 unfortunately! I will donate the unused one to charity.

Moo goo hair shampoo and conditioner is awful , has left my hair feeling dull plus I seem to need to use a lot to actually wash my thick hair which considering the cost isn’t great won’t buy again.

Ordered MooGoo's night cream, oil cleanser and water based cleanser and very happy with all the products. ~
Delivery came when expected and I've even had some freebies in the parcel the last couple of times.

Not only do Moo Goo products feel great, Moo Goo Skin Care is a vegan, cruelty free company which is incredibly important to me when selecting skin care products so would highly recommend.

I had very high hopes of MooGoo's shampoo and conditioner, as it didn't contain any of my allergens. Then I noticed on my home CCTV that I seemed to have bald patches. I consulted a Dermatologist who diagnosed female-pattern baldness. However, after finding reviews from other customers who had experienced thinning hair, I consulted a trichologist who diagnosed telogen effluvium (temporary hair loss) and pointed to significant breakage throughout my hair. Apparently, short broken hairs push longer hair to one side, giving the apperance of thinning hair/bald patches.
I reported my concerns to Moogoo, who made a good will gesture payment that didn't cover the products I had bought, let alone my trichologist's fee or the wigs I have had to buy to cover up the mess.
It will now take five years for my hair to recover, but MooGoo insist I am the only one with issues, despite me having pointed to other reviews, twice.
The company asked for batch numbers months ago, but is still "looking into" the issue.
Meanwhile, I notice that the eczema patches behind my ears and elsewhere on my body, have all recovered since I switched to a different dermatologist-recommended shampoo and conditioner.

Excellent products!!
I’ve been using the face cream for a while now and recently purchased the shampoo, conditioner and scalp cream which can be used on the face aswell and I have to say they are amazing. Really helped me with my skin irritation.
Not cheap but for what you get definitely worth the money.
Will be buying again.

Woke up one morning with a rash on my face and neck, it became worst and worse, to a point where it looked infected and would crack and bleed. It was red, itchy and painful.
I first went the steroid route but when i finished my 2 week course, it came back a day later and got worse and worse.
I went to the doctor and he gave me a load of creams to try out but i needed to do something about how itchy it was, so i decided to try the moogoo sensitive skin balm. It really did relieve the itching quickly and helped soothe but i dont think it was actually helping get my skin back to normal, i was using zerocream to heal my skin but the moogoo skin balm was a huge relief from the itching and i still use it now, even though its probably not needed in my routine anymore. I would say this is worth a try definitely.

I absolutely love the moogoo brand! It started when i tried everything for my baby’s skin when she was 3 months and had what seemed like eczema all over her body and nothing worked until I was recommended moogoo by a few people online and thought id give it a go and let me tell you i was not disappointed i used and still use the moogoo soothing msm moisturiser which smells sooo good and it makes my baby’s skin so soft i even bought 3 more to use on me my husband and my older son. It didnt stop there i now have their deodorant which is the only deodorant that stops me smelling same results with my husband as he also uses it and whats great its natural with no aluminium i now own their milk wash shampoo and conditioner all the family use it. i hardly take the time out to leave reviews but I'm so so in-love with the moogoo brand not one of their products has not let me down!! I highly recommend them to everyone you wont be disappointed :)

I adore Moo Goo's Soothing MSM Moisturiser. I've been using it for about 5 years, initially whenever I had a flare-up of eczema on my face, then I'd return to my usual serum and face cream.

After a while, I realised the Moo Goo was such a good moisturiser - and cheaper than my usual one! - that I might as well use it all the time. I was concerned that it might block my facial pores, but it never has.

I also use it on my hands in the winter, when my skin gets very dry, sore and cracked.

I’m a moogoo customer for over two years and absolutely love their products. Especially face serums and creams. Have them all. Just ordered some more and received the package today with a free balm inside. It’s just a lip balm but made me very happy as not having the best time lately. Thank you moogoo

I have not received my shampoo order after more than a couple of weeks. My emails to the company have been ignored

I wasn't quite sure which moisturizer would be best for the dry skin on my arms. I got in touch online with moogoo and received an answer very promptly. Holly recommended the full cream moisturizer and after a week or so I already did see an improvement. I use an app to check for unwanted ingredients in cosmetics and the cream scores as excellent. It has a slight scent to it but not parfumy. A great product. I will buy again
