Absolute scam
Absolute scam, they trick you. You can physically delete your account but they will still charge you. You can't even get back in to make subscription changes because your account is gone but the subscription still goes on. They claim it's in their terms and conditions that you must cancel the subscription by reaching out to customer service. Sounds like a shady trick to keep getting money out of people who have no account. Customer service would not refund or help in anyway and the bullshit about what they advertise, birth information telling you when you'll meet someone, no thats not true. Its horoscopes.

Absolute scam!
I signed up to a free trial with this app but did not use it so I went via PayPal to cancel my subscription before I was charged (4 months in advance), I emailed the address PayPal told me to in order to cancel, emailed them instantly and never got a response (September 25). Fast forward to January 26, I am charged just under £180 via PayPal, so I emailed the SAME email address to challenge this charge, to which they replied saying they would not give me a refund and directed me to their cancellation policy. My argument is, I emailed the address PayPal told me to, if that was the wrong email address to cancel my subscription, the team could of kindly directed me to the correct email address to ensure it was cancelled (baring in mind I did this 4 months in advance of being charged) yet they did not reply to my request knowing full well this is not the way to cancel. I have sent numerous emails to this team to which they just copy and paste replies. Complete scam. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Appalling experience
Appalling experience, this app is useless, it just has basic horoscopes you can find in a magazine. I cancelled it straight away last month and this month I have been charged again, double price. When I send them an e-mail, they tell me I am not eligible for refund. Worst company ever.
