Every item arrived as pictured, and carefully packaged. The detail and quality are exquisite. Customer service is great too, they replied quickly and honestly to my inquiries. Poor craftsmanship
Purchased 2 rings and within 4 wears, the pearl in one ring and a stone in the other fell out. These were worn during casual use. Gorgeous rings with disappointing craftsmanship.

Best engagement ring ever
I found this company years ago and shared it with my boyfriend at the time, telling him how much I loved their rings and that I dreamed of having a moonstone and diamond ring. When he decided to propose, he chose this company and picked out the ring himself. The moonstone is absolutely stunning, and the diamonds add the perfect touch of sparkle. Stones Fall Out
Purchased my mum a number of items as she loved Moon Magic and had bought pieces from there herself. Only worn a handful of times for special occasions and one of the larger stones fell out. We contacted Moon Magic to see if there was any way we could get a replacement stone, but they said it was out of warranty and offered a 20% discount code. Considering there is always a discount on their site the code isn’t worth much, and only lasts for 3 months. Would urge others to not use the site. Customer service was poor and items are not the standard they claim to be. Rubbish

I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for…
I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for my order. It got held up In Customs, in Chicago, almost 2 months ago. Supposedly it had to get sent back and resent. Well that was only supposed to take 2-4 weeks. And here I am. Still waiting, I was offered a 20% refund and accepted. And now a full refund. I’m willing to wait a bit longer. But ultimately, I don’t believe I will ever get this order. It’s too bad. But is what it is.

I really love my jewelry but…..some quality was poor
I really love my jewelry. However some of the gold bracelets kink in the metal and are ruined immediately. They did replace it for me after I bought it so that was great. However, one of my bracelets just broke and I was highly disappointed to find out it was beaded with simple thread string and not something durable! This bracelet didn't even last 2 years. I'm sad to find out that the quality wasn't there for this particular one.
