Honestly if you want quality jewellery & good customer service this website is NOT the place for you.
Firstly my partner purchased my engagement ring from here, he didn’t realise it was an American company & was stung with charges upon arrival to the UK. Probably slightly his mistake.
The rings were huge. In order to get through to Moon Magic to organise an exchange took about 3-4 weeks for an initial response.
Once we had managed to organise a response we posted the items only to have them sent back to us as the postal address they had given for us to return them to was impossible to access by the courier. The rings came back to our house & it then took another 2/3 weeks for another courier to be organised so we could then return the rings which were too big.
The items finally were sent back to me around 3 months after initially receiving them. A huge shame & disappointment with terrible communication which required an assault of emails form me & my partner to get them to respond eventually.
The sizing is pretty wild & the rings I have now are still too big. The gold plated ring started shedding its ‘gold’ within a day or so & has already warped after a few wears. It’s really clearly cheap poorly made jewellery which is a massive shame as I would probably not have purchased from this website if I’d had a choice in the matter.
I’d avoid at all costs unless you’re prepared to face extreme wait times for any responses / return support.
Just to repeat - this experience has been dreadful & I will never use Moon Magic myself.

After reviewing your order timeline, we can confirm your initial inquiry was responded to within two business days. That said, we completely understand that the overall process may have felt much longer, particularly with the unexpected courier complication during the return. We know how frustrating that must have been, and we’re sorry for the added inconvenience it caused.
Once the return was successfully delivered back to us, it was processed within our standard 7–10 business day timeframe.
For UK orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout. If there were any additional charges applied, we would absolutely be happy to look into that further.

Beautiful jewelry and great customer service
I have ordered 2 necklaces and 3 rings. All of which I love! 2 rings were for my daughters. One ring bent and within the first time of my daughter wearing it, and the customer service was great with replacing it. I get tons of compliments on my jewelry! Love it!

The customer service is stellar so that is what I am leaving my rating for. I ended up cancelling my order because it was turning into a 2-month waiting period. This is my second order with Moon Magic. My wife isn’t into diamonds and originally guided me here for moonstones while gently suggesting engagement rings. She loves her engagement ring and again led me in this direction with her upcoming birthday. I placed an order for two pieces but forgot to change the size of the ring. Within 24 hours the team was able to get the size changed and fulfill the order. My only issue is how difficult the lines of communication were. Too few options with the chat bot and far too many emails to finally “land the plane”. But the end result was what I was aiming for and they delivered.

The jewelry is beautiful but…..
The jewelry is beautiful. The sizing is terrible and it takes forever for it to arrive. Received two rings as gifts. They took over a month to arrive and they were the wrong size. It has taken weeks to get the return squared away and likely another month to receive the correct size.

Wish I could give 0 stars just for the…
Wish I could give 0 stars just for the contradicting information. Ordered as a gift based on the date for 20th february. Information stated shipping was 8-18 working days. This fits alongside the information within the faq section that states delivery takes 8-18 days however when contacting customer support as we are on day 17 and no information or update other than the fact it's packaged, they are stating that's the timeframe for making the item and just handing it to the shipping company rather than delivery. Been given the expected delivery date of 2nd-10th March. Do not have much hope of the delivery actually arriving, £200 down and nothing to show for it.

Overpriced and disappointing
My husband ordered me a necklace as a Christmas present, not only did it arrive way past Christmas, but the first day I put it on it broke.
I had been so excited to receive it as I loved the look of the jewellery and had sent him the link. However it's very badly made.
I had to pay to get it fixed at a jewellers, then finally it was fixed and I was able to wear it again. Literally after a few hours of wearing it, the chain broke in a different place. He paid a lot of money for it and I felt so bad he's wasted his money on something that keeps breaking.
I've now kept the stone and put it on a different chain, but defeats the point of spending so much money on a nice looking necklace.
Would not buy from this retailer again.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I ordered a ring set for my partner for Christmas. It arrived after Christmas and the rings were two different sizes. I contacted moonmagic and it took two weeks for them to reply. Since then they still haven't resolved the issue. I have sent pictures of the two rings on a ruler to show them the two different sizes and now in mid February with no solution still. It's weeks in-between each email I receive. I've contacted there emergency WhatsApp number who are also useless and just say there team will reply by email back to me. NOTHING IS HAPPENING. All I want to do is send them back and get the correct sizes resent. Why is this so difficult? Who knows i might get it resolved by next Christmas at this rate.

I ordered this ring in December
I ordered this ring in December, noticed there was a problem with shipping in the beginning of January so I brought it up. "Hey my package doesn't seem to be moving at all" they tell me oh that's just an error here's a new tracking number. My package gets here and guess what isn't in the box THE RING I ASKED ABOUT!! I tell them I didn't receive it and then they tell me oh yeah there was a shipping error were sending it now. The label want made till Jan 22nd so what was once a birthday present, turned into a Valentine Day gift if I'm lucky cause it still isn't here and it's FEBRUARY 13TH!!! Edit: Now they're under my comment lying just be lucky I can't post a screenshot of the email on this site proving I told y'all 2 weeks after my package was shipped that only one had been shipped and y'all assured me that, that wasn't the case. You think almost 3 months of time wasted and two special occasions missed due to negligence on your part is only worth a BIRTH CHART?? Black obsidian ring
Great communication, from start to finish. It’s a beautiful ring, I wear it all the time, I think the sizing is a bit big, but my fault I just presumed ring sizes were universal. I will go into the sizing section on the website next time.
The box it comes in is gorgeous, I keep it with my makeup items, as it blends in well.
I’m in Australia and I have already ordered a black obsidian pendant. Fully believe it protects you against negativity. It also matters what side you wear your ring on for gem benefits which I recently found out.

Love this company
I've ordered here a few times, and it's been a 10/10 experience. The designs are great, I love how they offer so many choices, not just in gemstones, but also in the colour of the metal. They also keep adding new pieces, so the offer is not stale.
The customer care agents are great as well, and always try to help you out.
