Hello when you have ordered off this site how lomg as it took to come?my son has spent quite a bit on a lego book he wanted still waiting for it to arrive and when I email they don't seem to reply is there another way you can contact them?

Vert long delivery times, Longer than indicatie on their site.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a Jellycat bunny. The bunny I received was definitely NOT a Jellycat! It was some poorly made knock off with no tags or anything. About to start the return process to get a refund but I don’t have high hopes at all. A complete SCAM!! Stay away!

Still nothing received after ordering in the beginning of december!

They sent a different item than the one in the order. E-mail contact is terrible - they do not answer questions. They blame the customer for another item.
They don't want to pay the cost of returning a bad order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!

The worst. My order was defect, so I e-mailed them. This was back in november. They were very friendly and told me they would send a new item. But this never happened. I have sent many mails from then, they always responded, said I have to be patient, but never sent a new item. It’s a scam. I am really dissapointed. Paid 40 euros for thrash.

I would give ZERO stars but it won’t let me. Absolute scammers, sent me the wrong item and said I had to wait 5weeks for the replacement and I it’s been about 11weeks and they are awaiting their warehouse to get back to them - please do not buy from this company. They make me feel sick, i blight and paid with good faith and they have taken my money and made me feel like a fool

Ordered A supposedly Jackson storm car for my grandsons birthday on the 14th of January did it on express delivery????? cost £14.50 it landed today the total cost was £37.50 it’s same size as I would pay £5.50 at tescos for a little monster truck 7 cm by 5 ..It’s a plain grey car sat on big wheels what a joke.

Do not buy from this company. What we ordered and paid for was not even close to what we received. What a ripoff.

Scam. I got a fake product and they keep lying that the original is on its way. It was supposed to be a gift, but it would be a shame to give this piece of garbage, that I received instead to a child. Double lost of money.

bought a lego set as a Christmas present. Came in clear plastic packet, no box, no diagrams to build the set.

Fought via email to return and get a refund before being given an address that didn't exist so I couldn't return. I couldn't be bothered wasting anymore time so just give up.
Basically set fire to £40 buying off these jokers

Do not buy from this company. Avoid if you can. I bought a toy for my son but was delivered a different item. Though they will refund me the cost, they will not cover the shipping charges and as it is overseas shipping it will not be cheap. Regardless of the amount it is absurd that the buyer should be responsible for the shipping cost when it was their error in the first place.

They advertised a genuine Nintendo Switch Pro Controller which I duly bought...they sent me an unbranded Chinese version. No resolution in sight. DO NOT USE THIS 'COMPANY'!!!

I bought lego for my son,but what I received is not real lego. Also I bought Jay’s Titan Mech, but they sent something else instead! Very disappointed!
I request a refund, and they ask me to pay the postage fee !
That is totally Scam!

I bought a Dreamworks Dragons Lightfury Light Fury.
And I would highlight few points.
1. The photo of the dragon is not the same as reality. The wings are not soft and they are yellow on edges.
2. They didn’t specify anywhere that they're not refunding shipping costs and even more, they didn’t specify anywhere that the customer would cover the return shipping costs
3. The delivery wasn’t in the specified time

Basically you're forced to keep the item, unless it's very expensive

Complete scam, ordered catan cities and knights for £40. Pieces all tacky plastic when should be wood. Images on playing cards so pixelated you can obviously see they’ve been pirated. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

This company has absolutely pathetic service. I have not received my delivery in over a month and somehow they have no tracking facilities if it is a standard delivery. In my opinion, this is not legitimate and I would never advise anyone from ordering
