I’ve now ordered 3 pairs of leggings from here and I love them. Great fitting and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend. Their customer service is also amazing if you have any problems!

Brought some leggings for my granddaughter which all are very good value for money. But they did have a pluck in them so without any hesitation they said they’d send me another pair out. So I’m awaiting for the new ones to arrive.

I have previously ordered from Mooslover and the quality is amazing. Wanted to re order in a different colour but they didn't have my size in stock. I contacted customer support who sourced the correct sizing for me and have expedited my order. Great assistance and support.

I placed an order as I have a few friends that have ordered from Mooslover and the quality of the items were fab and so was the fit, I have decided to try myself. I am awaiting my order but needed help as I had not made note of my tracking order and wanted an update on when the item would be delivered. The team through WhatsApp where amazing very kind and helpful and sorted this out for me.

I made a purchase but I had gotten the wrong size so I asked for a return but they offered me which I thought was a better option by making an exchange on the items I had the wrong size for and to not require a return for them. They was really helpful to make that happen and responded to me very quickly which I’m grateful for.

I have had nothing but a great experience with mooslover.

Not only are their clothes great quality their customer service is exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to help.with items that didn't fit properly.

I ordered 2 items, of which 1 needed to be returned as it did not fit. Firstly, before returning they wanted me to send pictures of the item of clothing on my wife to show how it does not fit (bizarre). I refused to do this so skipped past it.

I finally managed to get return instructions (took more efforts than it should have), and the parcels were returned over 3 weeks ago (at the time of positing this).

I can see they have received my items from my tracking (which I paid for, by the way). and despite chasers I've had no respond and no refund.

If you know you're going to want what you're buying, then great. But if you suspect you might need to return an item, don't bother!

Have just made a new order with moos over and I have to say the WhatsApp service has been amazing, I queried never being able to find stock in a size M in the two garments I wanted (which is two more colours of a garment I already have because I love it so much!) and they were able to get the sizes and get them updated in the website so I could
Order them. I’m honestly so Impressed and refreshed with such a genuinely easy service! Tops marks - just the wait now 😍 x

Do not order from this company, I have never had worse customer service and I am an avid online shopper.

I made an order 8th October for £255, tried it all on and to be honest I did not like any of it. It was overpriced for the quality and it didn’t suit me. As I said, I order online a lot so I didn’t expect to have an issue with returning it.

No returns slip in the parcel should have been the first red flag but nor, they’ve had me jumping through hooos ever since. They tell you to email, the email tells you that’s, the WhatsApp tells you to email. Nobody will give you a return address or any instructions they just offer you different sizes free of charge.

This carried on for weeks before I eventually threatened to report them to the bank for fraud. FINALLY I was given a returns address and I returned eveything the very next day, out of my own pocket, via Evri. Not before arguing with them about a 15% ‘handling fee’ which isn’t listed in the returns policy.

This was delivered back to them on 8th November, it is now 9th December and I still have not had a refund. I am £255 down, plus the cost of the return and have been for over 2 months.

I have never ever ordered from a company like it. I’ve had better customer service from tik tok shop. This company is a JOKE.

Now reported to my bank as fraud and I am hoping I get my money back by Christmas (if ever!!).

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

The V-neck top is a favorite of mine - it's incredibly flattering! I pair it with my own pants, and my husband thinks it looks fantastic.

Adjustable straps are fantastic and very useful!

The product I got was out of stock so I contacted customer support via WhatsApp, I got a response very quickly. The customer support told me it was out of stock but offered to check with the warehouse, within less than 24hours customer service whatsapped me back to tell me they were in stock online and I was able to order. This was a Christmas present for my sister so I was very happy that they updated me with stock so quickly so I was able to order. Very happy, thank you so much!! Will definitely order again!

What a beautiful and smooth communication i had with Mooslover. I didn't received my package as stated by the delivery company, contacted Mooslover and a new order was initiated immediately and I was satisfied. 5 star to their customer service and a satisfied customer 👍 👌 😊 .
