First class customer service. Immediately helped me when I accidentally ordered the wrong item 😀 by exchanging it to the one I wanted. Bought several leggings from this company and believe me they last and keep their shape for years later!

Fantastic fit and feel! I'm so impressed with the quality and design of these leggings.

I have WhatsApp and emailed NUMEROUS times and still NO response. Yet you have a deadline to return items. I have NEVER encountered such ATROCIOUS customer service !!! The money was taken out of my account in seconds. Yet trying to get a refund is the most painful experience!!! Avoid at all costs !!! Why you have to apply to return an item in the first place is beyond me !!!!

Beautiful garments and excellent customer service. My order came quickly and any queries were dealt with promptly and with great care. I felt very cherished as a customer. Also their jumpsuits are fantastic for curvy girls. Highly recommended!

I love mooslover clothes they fit extremely well especially with the fact I'm 4ft 7. The quality is amazing. I've dealt with the customer service through what apps. Which I found to be good. You have to wait a day or two but I didn't mind.

AVOID ORDERED AND NI EMAIL VERIFICATION TO SAY SHIPPED AFTER 5 DAYS, whattsapped them and they have ignored, should be shut down for taking people’s money

Follow up after 13 days after ordering it still hasn’t been shipped, no reply from WhatsApp messages please do not order from this Company

Well after 3 weeks they arrived but when I opened the package they are teeny!! I ordered a size large (am a uk 14) impossible to attempt to try on!
Only way to liase with the company is via what’s app and they take days to reply then send silly questions (wasting time)
I have asked for a return label but nothing as yet. Now worrying as other reviews saying they returned over 3 weeks ago and still not received their refund 😡

Absolutely love this brand, the style and fit is perfect. Great customer service

I now have 5 different Mooslover clothing items and all such high quality.
I have had an issue with a hole in a pocket in a pair of trousers. To resolve this I’ve had to contact customer support who have been incredible at resolving any issues.
Happy to give 5 stars all round ☺️

I was quite sceptic to order from this site as it was my first time , also l had not heard anyone who has ordered from the site before. But guess what l recieved my order on time and well packaged. The jumpsuits l ordered the quality is brilliant and material is comfortable on my skin. The only thing l had to ask for a return as there were quite tight around the hips area. Again l was panicking at this time but the Mooslover they eventually responded and the exchange has been organised without a hassle.

Claims to be a UK company when they are based in Hong Kong, paid £14 for express delivery 10 days ago and they still haven’t arrived they just keep emailing to say my delivery is delayed and keep pushing it back a day. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Not a UK based company, sick of these false Hong Kong/Chinese companies pretending to be uk based! They won’t let me return for refund lees asking me why, where I would wear it to in what’s app then not replying, then forcing me to get an exchange I don’t like the items I don’t want them what is that hard to understand!!

Communication with Mooslover is difficult as they are only reachable via WhatsApp, often taking days to respond. The website is misleading, giving the impression that orders are UK-based, while products are actually shipped from China. There are no timely updates on shipping, leading to extended periods of uncertainty. While the product quality is acceptable and I will keep it, for the price, the company should provide clearer information about product origin and shipping times, as well as significantly improve their customer support.

Lovely items that fit well and are high quality.
Issue with one item was resolved quickly with fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend for products and services!
