Had a great experience with Mooslover! Have always loved their clothing especially more of the gym wear items. The customer service is extremely helpful too and always fixes any issues promptly. Samin was able to fix a small order issue I had very quickly!

I have ordered several times from these guys. The quality of the clothes is outstanding. And when I have had to exchange for different sizes they have been speedy with their reply and understanding.

I had a little issue while receiving my order but thanks to the customer service this problem was solved super fast , they do care about making u have a good experience with their product , social media brought me to them and I am way beyond impressed with the designs , I ordered the V waist tummy control seamless legging, I just can’t wait to get them !! I own several items of Mooslover clothing. And they’ve all been great. True to size, good quality and make you feel great.
I recently had an issue with my latest purchase, I contacted the company via Facebook messenger, they responded quickly and sorted out my issue.
Would shop here again.

My daughter absolutely loves mooslover clothing items but unfortunately the flared leggings were too long for my daughter who is 5 foot 3 inches. I have contacted mooslover for an exchange for the leggings. They were extremely helpful in arranging this exchange for me. Overall I am extremely happy with the customer service I have received.

The actual leggings were nice but about a foot too long, I messaged numerous times via WhatsApp to try return them but with no response...
**Update** turns out there was a system error hence the lack of response which is understandable, Mooslover has since been in touch to rectify this and I'm actually very surprised at how helpful they've been and are exchanging the leggings for another pair that would be more suitable for me.
I'll update again once they arrive.

I bought a bodysuit for me and a dress as a gift for my daughter after seeing the brand raved about by an influencer (Yorkshire Peach). I was really pleased and surprised by the quality , you do think offshore...hmmm will it be dicey, but No it's not.
The bodysuit holds in all wobbly bits great for under dresses. The dress unfortunately had the wrong size dispatched and initially over a 3 day period customer services were painful when asked for a return and exchange , 24 hours for a reply, 24 hours between replies then wanting measurements, photos , more photos . The label quite clearly showed the wrong size was sent. But right at the point I was about to lose patience on day 3 a lovely agent apologised, dispatched another dress in the size I'd ordered, told me to pass on the first dress (which I did). The dress itself has inbuilt support and looks really good !
Bit of a mixed review , but would buy again

I regularly buy from Mooslover and find their items very high quality - the most recent item didn't meet the usual standard so I raised a complaint and it was dealt with very quickly and politely! Will continue to buy from Mooslover!

Placed an order which was quick delivery unfortunately one item was faulty contacted them by email, replied within 24hrs and offered to send me a new pair of leggings out. Great customer service.

I purchased the flared leggings and a bodysuit on a whim and I absolutely loved it. sadly the leggings were too wide in the flare and I was dreading the return process as I could not get hold of ML via Whatsapp however I did get a prompt response via email. I’d like to pass on my sincerest thanks to Samin, he excellently managed my return by taking a keen interest in why I was sending the item back and what they could do better. They kindly let me keep the item to my surprise and facilitated an exchange for another bodysuit. Totally awestruck by the customer service, they’re very attentive and customer focused which is refreshing. They promised me socks as a gift for writing a review but I can honestly say I am impressed by this company that I just happened to stumble upon. As long as they continue to keep up service levels and boost product quality, they will get my custom.

My only wish is they had an extended range of ribbed bodysuits and offered more promotions/free shipping!

Very good customer service, the support team responded to my email in less than 24 hours and then offered me a quick arrangement to resolve my problem. The items that satisfied me are of good quality and comfortable.

I loved the fits of the leggings however i didn't like the butt lift in them so asked to return and exchange them for non but lift versions
They sent me the new items and let me keep the originals
