They have been ever so helpful with any questions I had with returning a parcel. They answered all questions in detail & I got my refund very quickly.

I ordered a pair of leggings, delivery didn’t take long to come tbh, however when I received the bottoms I didn’t like the way they fit on my stomach area🥲 I contacted via email and my problem was resolved quickly. They allowed me to keep the original product and to pay a small shipping fee for them to send out a new product of my choice! Great customer service tbh😊

I contacted the team when my size wasn't in stock, they worked hard to check the warehouse and found the item I wanted in my size! I am very grateful for the time and attention and dealing with me in such a professional manner. They really want to help. My Mooslover leggings are so comfy. They fit perfectly, shipping was quicker than expected.

Had issues with sizing but has been corrected, contact via WhatsApp is slower than would have liked but the resolution was more than satisfactory.

Nice product but too big so would size down if you want it fitted and to do what it says it should do. The material is of very good quality.

Order arrived fine. Ordered size S but needed to return for a M. They exchanged the order via WhatsApp. Easy and very helpful.

After trying to return an order, with emails bouncing back and forth offering every option under the sun except the refund I asked for, I have finally given up and decided it’s cheaper to keep the items that don’t fit and give them away! Win win for them I know but I really can’t be bothered with their ridiculous back and forth. I paid for postage, I have to pay for the return and if I dance to their tune they will give my 20% back….but on a gift card!! Unbelievable, I don’t want this hassle again thank you very much. I shall NEVER purchase from them again. Having seen them all over social media I thought it was a pretty decent company.

I ordered online, received pretty quickly. Unfortunately one of the leggings I ordered didn’t fit right on me. I contacted them on WhatsApp and instead of me sending them back, they allowed me to keep the product by just paying a small fee to get a new item sent out. The process is a little slow in getting replies but it does get resolved in the end.

The WhatsApp support for handling my return was fantastic. They were responsive and made the whole process quick and easy.

Delivery was quick. Fabric lovely but unfortunately too long for me. After contacting customer service and they agreed to exchange after a positive review they now tell me that my original items are promotional so cannot be exchanged or returned. I would avoid this company
