I love mooslover clothes great quality and really comfortable I have have loads of clothes from mooslover emailed me back straight away when I need to return an item for a different size sorted it out and I didn't need to return the original item great company

I love mooslover clothes , first time wearing a pair of there leggings with pockets on the back I had so many comments asking where my leggings are from , I have lots of there items so comfortable and amazing Quality , and there customer service are amazing very helpful , would 100% recommend there clothes/tracksuits so flattering .

I highly recommend this store. I had problems with the size and they helped me a lot to get the right size for me. No problems at all!

You can't return bodysuits because of hygiene reasons. Which I disagree with. If it's too small then what are you supposed to do? I've lost out on a lot of money now.

Very efficient and good communication

I highly recommend this store, couldn't ask for more.
The clothes are nice quality, comfortable and have a good stretch (which is important for me).
And the customer service is the best, you can contact them through email or whatsapp, they respond within 24 hours.
Until now I haven't had a bad experience with the service or all the clothes that I bought.
I will continue to shop there and wait for new launches.
PS: Also the t-shirts are double lined and very supportive, much better than the Skims :)

After leaving a low star review prior on how to return an item that didn't fit, I feel its only fair to leave another one to highlight the experience with the customer services on instagram. It was apparent I had missed the returns email (it had gone into spam) and whilst I could not return the item that I had that was too small the lady helped me with a solution. I had ordered my daughter an all in one which she kept so this was then actioned as a return (we could still keep the item) and I just had to pay £9 postage for a new one to be sent. I have just paid the postage and looking forward to receiving my item in the correct size and wearing the fabulous Mooslover jumpsuit. I am so happy with this as I am tall and their items fit me perfectly however maybe a little bit short for me (I am nearly 6 foot), we even had a discussion on her speaking to her team to see if they can offer a taller range. I hope this is something they will do as us taller ladies have such limited options when it comes to gymwear. Thank you Mooslover for eventually helping me with this I appreciate it.

Trying to return some leggings and it’s painful! I emailed yesterday for the return address etc and received an email back 12 hours later with a load of nonsense basically doing everything they can to get me to keep them, I replied stating I just want the return address and a refund but nearly another 12 hours later I’m no further forward to returning these leggings. I will never ever purchase anything from mooslover again it’s just ridiculous.

Extremely poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional service I’m convinced is a scam.

Been requesting a return for a week and they ignore the request but encourage you to return. Then they ignore you.

Even when messaging them to check if an item was in stock over Facebook messenger they are pushy and suggest alternative items to buy when you’ve already said you’re not interested and will not take no for an answer.
