Second year of using this company. They are smaller than the big boys so try harder. I took out the comprehensive cover for peace of mind .. still not horrendously expensive. Great staff at Alicante airport. Easy to find the off-airport depot when returning the vehicle.

Hired a car from Moovers recently. Paid for highest level of covers when booking to avoid a credit card security deposit (as we not dot have credit cards). Paid around £3 a day extra to have a Mercedes GLA rather than a Yaris or something similar and small. Process was very smooth, staff were helpful and pleasant. Didn’t have to wait long for the mini bus to be collected from the airport and back again once dropping the car off. Will definitely use them again when we visit family in the area.

Found a deal for Moovers in Mallorca through an aggregator website. I got a new premium car at very fair price. Smooth pickup / check-in experience. Fast and responsive support via WhatsApp.

Disappointed this time. Used company 3 times previously with no issues and previously gave them an excellent review re pick-up / drop off and clean new cars provided as had issues with another rental company previously.

All went well until I dropped the car off all washed and hoovered. On inspection they said there was a tiny stone chip (pinhead sized 2mm) on the offside bumper. Checked my collection photos couldnt see it so could argue the case.

Charged me 181.50€ for this tiny stone chip. Have put this through my insurance I took out in the UK so awaiting this to be settled.

My advice on hiring any car from any rental company:-
1) take close up photos
2) where there any marks photo with your finger showing any marks/damage
as they sometimes aren't clear just the photo
3) take your time taking photos and go round the vehicle making a note of anything

I would hire from them again but would be more wary and inspect the vehicle even more meticulously than I did in previous car hires from Moovers

I dealt with a team of professionals. Available at all times, friendly, and helpful. Easy access to the car, I got what I paid for, a Mercedes GLA latest model, very clean and very well maintained. I took care of my car, and returned it exactly as I received it. I will look for them wherever I go, to rent from them. The best!

Amazing service and good people working there. And great cars. It was a dream to drive the car.
I recommend renting straight from them and not use a 3 party.

Amazing Service, Get the insurance directly with these guys not through a broker but they were so friendly and the lady we dealt with at torrevieja was a pleasure, so nice and helped with everything.

Great car and got an upgrade as well. Would recommend.

People should not trust this company. I rented a car in Alicante airport with this company. On the day I was supposed to pick up the car, I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes at their place, their minibus did not come to pick me up. I called their office and was told that I had not stated my departure date. It turned out afterwards that it was just nonsense. Mybe They had rented the car that I had reserved to another customer with a higher price.
I dont know.

The service I have just received from everyone at Alicante airport was excellent. From WhatsApp messages the day before my flight to check my arrival time and then give fantastic pick up advice at the airport, it seems nothing is too much bother. They picked me up within minutes of confirmation of arrival and I was soon at their office. The process of getting the car was simple as anything and there was no communication barriers. The team spoke excellent English and put my poor Spanish to shame. I hired a Mercedes GLA and it was excellent. Only 5000km on the clock and it was full of fuel and ready to go. The return of the vehicle was equally as simple and I quickly had my deposit cleared and I was dropped back at the airport. The office is only a short journey time, as it is located against the airport just outside the perimeter fence. I will definitely be using the company again and again. Thank you to the staff..

We have used Moovers again for our car hire and found the service to be excellent and professional. The vehicle we used was in great condition and very low mileage. I liked the friendliness and efficiency of the staff attending me. The car we rented was fine and we enjoyed our travels. We were adequately covered via optional coverage for the limited parking-garage damage we incurred.

Started off well. Got a lovely car and no hassle with paying or insurance. Was delighted to finally find reliable and good service, until …,,,,I was told it’s full to full (which is the usual). On way to location, i noticed wasn’t full so assumed oversight. Took a picture and went on. Returned car full and explained. She said ‘no refund’ and said it’s only to be filled to where it’s at. I queried this, how can you know where you’re filling it to? Guess? I explained I’ve paid for 300 km worth of petrol I didn’t use. She actually laughed at me. So disappointed as this was so promising to begin with and, as I’ll be over and back, as will family and friends, to stay at our apartment, they’ve lost significant business.

Excellent communication throughout, especially on pick up, they messaged us once we’d landed and collected us straightaway. Quick and easy online check in, enabling speedy car pick and drop off. Very good car hire prices through Discovercars. Very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean car. We’ve used them several times before and will use again.

We booked a car from Moovers ( through DoYouSpain). The depot is a short ride from the airport ( no queuing for hours in the airport terminal!) and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Unlike some other companies, they weren't irritatingly persistent trying to sell us the excess insurance cover that we didn't need. The car, a Seat Ibiza was immaculate and great price. Very quick returning the car and immediate transfer back to airport. I will use Moovers again!
