I ordered a dress and paid $169.90 on January 30th. It’s March 21st and I was told a couple of times by customers service on line that my order was going to be send first in February, then between March 10-13. Last week they told me the order will be shipped on March 27th. It’s ridiculous and this company shouldn’t be allowed to run their fake business in US. Scammers. 2 months later, still no dress. Unwilling to refund.
I ordered a dress on 19 January. It is now 20 March and it still has not been received. I have made repeated requests for the past 2 weeks (5 separate emails) to be refunded for this product as it has still not been sent. They have responded to each email offering increasing discounts on my next purchase (10%, 20%, 50%) and despite me repeatedly declining and asking for a refund they have NOW sent the product and saying because it’s in transit I can’t be refunded. 2 weeks ago when I asked for the refund it hadn’t been sent. Notably, it has still not arrived. Unacceptable.
Avoid them at all costs. Scammers.

Excellent but not flawless
I decided to give Mooyius a try despite seeing quite a few negative reviews online, and honestly, I’m really surprised in a good way.
I ordered four items totaling almost $500. I placed my order on January 22nd received one item on February 11, and the rest arrived on March 5. So yes, shipping is on the longer side, but personally, I didn’t mind since these weren’t urgent purchases, more “wants” than “needs.”
Customer service was also better than expected. When I reached out via email to ask about my order status, they responded promptly and provided a tracking link, which made it easy to follow the delivery progress.
As for the items themselves, I feel like I got lucky in the best way. Everything I received matched the photos online, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality. The materials felt good, and the stitching was well done.
The only downside I experienced was sizing. The pieces run large. I’m usually a US Medium and ordered that, but everything came quite loose. After checking their size chart more carefully, I realized I should have sized down.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. Despite the mixed reviews, my experience was positive, and I do feel like my money was worth it, just be mindful of sizing and expect a longer shipping time.

The dress was beautiful but the sleeves were so tight at wrist I could not push up slightly or raise arms .
I went to website to get return instructions. I tried to use chat . They wanted my body measurements which has nothing to do with how dress fit on arms . They offered for me to receive 20% refund and keep item . I wanted a full refund . After I finally got instructions 45 minutes into the chat I received instructions. I went to UPS to ship . It would cost $127 to ship back . Now I have a dress that wont fit anyone and doubt I will even get 20% back . Dont Buy from this company!!!

DO NOT buy from Mooyius
The article of clothing was too small. I wanted to return it and was told that it wasn't possible, but I'd receive a 20% of the total cost, which I have not received. Navigating the return process is a nightmare and the chat was even worse. Very disappointing.

I ordered a dress that did not look good on me. I requested a return and refund. I chatted with customer service and spoke to Yolo. She helped me greatly. She suggested that I not only keep the dress as a gift from Mooyius, but also asked that I pick out another item around the same cost for free and they would send it to me! Wow! Thank you!

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I ordered a dress from their website for $275 cad. I contact them by email to find out the expected delivery date. The respond that the item is out of stock and the ship it Mar 20. I responded asking to cancel the order as that date is too late. The refused to cancel the order and refund my money.

Returns are annoying / quality is decent!
I came here AFTER I had already placed one order and received it and then placed a second order (have not yet received, it’s on the way).
I am located in Ontario, Canada.
First order: came quite quickly. Dress seemed good quality, heavier than expected which is why I wanted to return it (I need it for a May event so I don’t want a thick/ heavy dress). Initially connecting for a refund was a little challenging, but not enraging. They do try to make you keep the product and don’t seem to want to have you return it, which is definitely annoying. I shouldn’t have to overly explain why I’m returning it if I’m within their policy. I do think their return process needs to be refined like SHEIN is. If their returns were easier and free / cheaper shipping, I would have no problem giving a higher rating. The product was not cheap like others have described and not really issues making contact with customer service like others have described. If my new order requires a return, I will update my review on the process at that point. I think that’s what is frustrating to the majority of customers giving bad reviews. It’s definitely an issue.
