I ordered a dress over a $100 US…

I ordered a dress over a $100 US dollars from their website, the item was out of stock and I never received anything. I also paid $30 for shipping. I contacted the seller over 7 times since my order placement in January. It’s now March and I have been going in circles to receive my money and/or know how I can get credit to purchase something else that ships within 24hrs. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BIY FFOM them AGAIN. Extremely unprofessional and they still have not refunded my money or shipped me anything

So call retailer took my money and…

So call retailer took my money and never told me the item was not in stock until this year! I ordered the item back in September 8 2025 MY76179 I have given the order number and date numerous times and a response of a discount I have stated I do not want any more default clothes because I have had numerous problems with your so call merchandise I am demanding my money back on the product you never delivered to me This is my forth time requesting! Never received my dress after 3 months! I asked for a refund 3 times, and they continue to ask me to select a new dress. I finally had to reach out to American Express to resolve. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Very Nice.

I have purchased A item that did not work out for me so I contacted the company by email. What a quick response I got. and what a wonderful customer service did I received, I couldn't be more happier with the company I dealt with. the item was beautiful simply beautiful. The material was awesome, Just way too small for me, but the company took care of it very fast in a timely manner. Very very satisfied. I did not go wrong purchasing from the company.

Still waiting on refund

I purchased two jackets and upon receiving them which took longer Tgat expected to receive they did not fit. Attempted to return such items, and was told that it would take 6 Months to get my money.. this was back in April of 2025 .. and guess what I still don’t have my money. They offered to exchange or give me 30% towards another purchase. If I spend money and the item does not fit, I should be able to get my money back.

Update

I ordered an elegant jumpsuit from them. My intent was to wear it to a formal affair. The item arrived and was quite pretty, much as pictured. I typically wear a size 4 so ordered this in small, which is their size 4-6. However, the jumpsuit was EXTREMELY large on me. The alterations alone would have cost at least $150. When I ordered this jumpsuit, I was not aware the company was in China...my mistake for not having checked customer reviews! They did give me instructions on how to return and said I would be responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, etc. I took the jumpsuit to FedEx today and learned it would cost me over $200!!! The item cost approximately $149 so it makes no sense to return for a refund. My hunch is most customers that are seeking a return end up instead stuck with an item they cannot wear because return shipping is cost prohibited. This company should provide clarity on their location BEFORE an order is placed. Potential customers need to do their due diligence before ordering. I ordered the jumpsuit on 2/6/26, received on 2/14, and notified the company on 2/15. I received approval to return on 2/25/26. I attempted to return it on 2/26/26 which is when I learned of these return prices.


2 26/26 Update to my Mooyius review: The company has responded to my review and has now offered to refund the money for my purchase and does not require me to return the item due to the excessive shipping charges. This was totally unexpected. I greatly appreciate their prompt response and the integrity they have demonstrated.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Their simple return policy is a farce. I bought 2 dresses. I received one that didn’t fit. Beautiful, but not meant for broad shoulders and curves. The other never even shipped. When I reached out to Rey the dress and inquire about other dress, I was informed it was out of stock. At that point they started trying to bargain with me. I am still trying to confirm my refund. You will lose money if you purchase from Mooyius.

Great Customer Support

My initial purchase didn’t work for me but when I reached out to customer support and made my way to interacting with a real person, my issue was immediately resolved with an acceptable solution. Dreadful

Dreadful. I received 1 out of 3 items, did not like the fabric on the one i did receive. one month and i still have not received a refund. Customer replies are so bad, some don't even make sense.

Itchy very bad quality clothes, they advertise their clothes as perfect online but when you get them you realised you have been scammed. You write to customer care, send the parcel as instructed then they never send you the refund ! Total SCAM AVOID!
