I RECEIVED MY PURCHASE AND THE SIZING WAS OFF, SO I INITIATED A RETURN (ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS FREE RETURN/EXCHANGES). I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD TAKE 20% OFF AND TO KEEP THE ITEM, OR RETURN IT AT MY OWN EXPENSE, WHICH REQUIRES CUSTOM FORMS TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA.

Ive been waiting for my purchase of $249 , I made this purchase January 5 and its February 13 , they have tried to contact me, all they doing is trying to get me to purchase. So I contacted them today and they tell that one of my dresses are out of stock 🤔 and they'll have it in 20 days . So I'm like if I wouldn't have contacted them they certainly wasn't going to email or contacted me . I think they were going to try and bamboozle me . That's not good customer service, nor good business. I will never again try and purchase anything from this company again. And I file a dispute, and I'll file an escalation if need be . I'd like my money refunded asap

Incomplete Delivery, Bad Quality, Slow Response
Order #MY61716 was delivered with missing items and several items in poor condition. Refund processing was slow, though eventually resolved. Overall, product quality and fulfillment need serious improvement.

Great Company with Excellent Customer Service
This was my first time ordering from this company and it was an online order. I saw the item I ordered on fb and loved it. I ordered the item and it looked exactly like what the model was wearing. The item was very intricately made and the buttons and lace was very detailed and well sewn. I must say the item (white jacket) is very classy. When I received the item, it was too small. I contacted Customer Service via their QR code and the return process began. I must say that being this was an online order and I needed to return an item, the process was very clear and easy. Currently, I am waiting for my new item. Did I mention that this company informed me that there was no need to return the too small item. I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you Mooyius.

I purchased this item in late December for a February event. They informed me it was on back order if I could wait they would get it to me on time, or I was was free to choose something else or a refund. I let them know I would like to wait. They kept me up to date anytime I reached out. I received the dress today. It's stunning & exceptionally well made the perfect fit.
