Nicely wrapped product in good shape, but SLOOOW postage process.
Nicely wrapped product in good shape. However, I paid £3.99 for postage of a small game on the 9th September (Royal Mail 48 hour) and I was expecting it to be delivered in a matter of 2 or 3 days, however, it was not even SENT until the 12th - 3 days later. I get way better service (and similar prices) elsewhere, so will think very carefully next time, even if this is the only supplier.

Hi Lawrence, as a small business, I'm afraid we can't dispatch every day like the mega retailers - our shipping policy is to dispatch in up to two working days as stated on the website, which means the maximum wait would be four working days. In your case we didn't meet that aspiration, for which I apologise. - Mark

First time ordering from Morat games…
First time ordering from Morat games and will definitely be ordering again. Order was shipped super quick with an email update to say it was on the way.
My first order unfortunately arrived damaged (through no fault of Morat games themselves who packaged it excellently). I popped them an email explaining with some pics and received a pretty much immediate response with a return post label and explaining they would get a new one shipped straight out.
The new item was shipped super quick as stated and arrived in perfect condition.
You can’t ask for better service than that and I will definitely be back again soon to make another order :)
