I'm a relatively new customer of Morat Games, and so far have placed a couple of orders with them. Both have been processed and shipped very quickly with zero hassle or fuss. Their prices are very competitive with some of the bigger players in the market - with much better service! (Zatu - I'm thinking of you!). My only slight criticism is that the range of games available isn't as broad as some, but as they curate and pick games that they play and like, I totally understand that. Will happily be using again!

Choosing stock is a challenge, as one person's taste can't be the yardstick for everyone, plus it's challenging just to keep up with the new games coming onto the market! The bottom line is, with modern games being quite an expensive investment, we want to try and make sure that no one regrets their purchase.

A Gest of Robin Hood Online purchase
There are a lot of small online games shops out there but sadly many have poor customer service or are just plain bad businesses.
THANKFULLY Morat Games is not one of them.
I bought a GMT board game from them and the whole transaction went smoothly. FULL MARKS for this online purchase experience.
I wish other small games businesses would take note.
The item was exactly as described and arrived well packaged and VERY promptly so I am very pleased.
Sadly I am on a budget but when Ive saved up again, I am aiming on buying from MORAT GAMES again.
